Abstract

A multifunction trolley designed to carry a gas cylinder 2 comprises a handle 1, belts 3 with clamps 5 which attach the cylinder to the trolley, a raised panel 4 which holds the cylinder and heavy duty wheels 6. The height of the handle is adjustable. The trolley may be folded for storage. The trolley prevents the movement of the cylinder when stored in the boot of a car.

DESCRIPTIONS
SMART GAS TROLLEY
This invention is related to a trolley designed to transports and accomodate gas cylinder safely.
There is already a variety of gas trolleys available in market woldwide. However, the Smart Gas Trolley comes to make difference, due to the machanisms of safety it has.
C This is a multifunction gas trolley aimed to carry gas cylinder by pulling it. It's equipped with to clamps and three belts which allow it to be transported safely inside the car boot, without moving from side to side, dropping or rolling in the boot. This will not only protect the car but also the gas cylinder, as most of domestic accidents are caused by gas explosion, due to gas escape. The reason for it is gas cylinder damages. This tool will help to save many human lives. It has also a extendable handle that can be adjusted according to the user height. This is a foldable trolley which is safe the storage space.
The material to be used for the production of the trolley should be, light metal such as aluminum or lithium flat bar, to make it lighter as people carries or even lift it. On top of the handle should go a black foam and three safety release belts.
The invention will now be described according to the reference accompanying the Drawings: The figure 1 It shows the right side of the trolley standing with gas cylinder on it securely fit and fastened with a set of three belts: Number 1-It is the right side of the extendable handle fully pulled up, Number 2 -Is the commun domestic gas cylinder, Number 3-It shows the set of belts, Number 4 -shows the raised pannel to keep the gas cylinder in place, Numbers-It shows the clamps.
Numer 6-It shows the heavy duty wheels.

The first one is the right side view ande the front view: Number 1 -It shows de two clamps extentions to keep the trolley firm securaly when it lay down inside the car boots, Number 2 -It is the handle, Number 3 -It shows the belts to hold the gas.

Claims (8)

  1. CLAIMSSMART GAS TROLLEY1. The Smart Gas Trolley is a trolley designed to transport gas cylinder safely inside the car boot, fitted with mechanisms to adjust the hight according to the users, wheels for many different surfaces and foldable function to make the storage easier.
  2. 2. The Smart Gas Trolley according to the claim 1, It's equipped with two clamps made out of aluminium and safety belts attached to increase stability and avoid the gas cylinder from slinding out when laying flat.
  3. 3. The Smart Gas Trolleys according to claim 1, has two clamps with extention at the back that its function is to hold the trolley in place while laying down on a flat surface such as car boots.
  4. 4. The Smart Gas Trolley according to claim 1 has a extendable handle that moves up and down for comfort while pushing, to fit different hight of users.
  5. 5. The Smart Gas Trolley according to claim 1 the handle is also fitted with the positioning machanism and boundery mechanism to stop the clamp to unfoldover to the limit.
  6. 6. The Smart Gas Trolley according to the claim 1 is also * equipped with heavy duty wheels to support the weight of : *. the cylinder and to be used in different surfaces.
