Abstract

A personalised video game in which images, video and sounds are captured to be included in a video game. The game may be selected by the user from a list of preset games or they may provide their own story line or narrative to be created as a game.

Description

Proper Personalised Games This idea is simply to give garners the chance to have themselves put into various types of garnes we can offer to make, they can have multi pie choices of what type of game they prefer, what characters can appear in their game, what voices are in the game and what enemies and challenges will appear, it will be a game designed by the gamer for the gamer.
There will be no specific game they can have made without choosing from a list, and deciding what entities will appear in the game world, if they want their dad as the main boss with fireballs coming out of his nostrils then we will put this into the game, we will require photos and voice recordings of the people they wish to have in their game and will act accordingly to give them what they asked for.
I have searched many times and no company offers this at the moment, this is a brand new concept and will be a new thing for gamers, there is no way to do such things and have your own game made up and your own characters with real voices put into your game without creating it yourself, this is very time consuming and expensive to do on a grand level, we will accomplish this for our customers.
The story lines can be made up from scratch if the user wishes but we will also have a long line of pre-set stories if the user would prefer to pick from a list, me and my tearn will continue to add new story-lines and scenarios for the customers to choose from, we will have certain packages that cover less input games to games where the customer designed every singe detail, we may attach a price according to how much is required by our team.
We will be aiming for PC/Tablet and android gamers at first but once we gain a foothold we will move onto the consoles where possible, this will require a much bigger team and may take a while to get to that point but we aim to do this eventually.
We will have a very large template designed by our team to enable us to do multiple garnes in a day but without losing quality, this is a must if we are to make enough profit to be sustainable and carry the idea along.
Examples
Example I: The customer requests their mother be the main character for half of the story and their dad would be in the other half, they wants their real voices and wants them both to look like giant slugs with four arms. From this request we would take photo's of their parents and record their voices, our team would then set about turning these photos into four armed slugs into the garne with their real voices.
Example 2: Customer wants a platform game with him as the main character, he wants his various friends as the enemies and his big sister as the evil main boss, our team would acquire the photo's and voices required and put them into the game as requested, the customer also has a small story script he wants read in a narrative to fit in with the story he chose and wants it read in his grand-dads voice, our team would then check the story script and record his grand-dad reading it, they could then fit this into the story of the game. This customer would then have a very special and personalised game.
Example 3: The customer wants a personal storyline, three main characters and wants them all to be used in every level, our team would have to work around making this possible by allowing his game to have three main characters instead of one, and make them all usable in each level of the game, then we could add the customer as the main character with our teams skills, and add voices accordingly. The customer also wants to choose the graphics used on each level and what the background would look like, they give us drawings and pictures, our team would then add these into their game.
Example 4: This customer wants a simple maze game made up from her four best friends, she gives us drawings of some mazes and asks to be the evil boss that tries to eat them up as they try to escape her evil mazes, she really wants to add her own evil laugh in to the game every time the boss eats one of her friends, our team happily add this in for her and the result is a fun game that she can show her friends and amaze them with her own personalised game.
As you can see there will be various options for our customers to choose from, and if they wanted they can choose almost every detail of the game, it's completely their choice with small limitations of course.
The genre of game we will try to cover are: Puzzle games, Platform Games, Story-Driven Games and depending on our initial budget possibly First Person Shooting games as well, there also may be room for Strategy Games as well, but they are known to be more complex and will require some hard work first before we make them available.
We will not sell Shooting games to children, age restriction will be tight and monitored closely when building customers games, if someone is old enough for the FPS (First Person Shooter) games then they can have their own personalised one.
This won't be done online, we want to take real pictures and have real voices and have our team speak personally to the customer to ensure they get the game they want. We will not be producing AAA' games with the best graphics of course, that would be impossible, but we will strive to create a game that the customer can love and has never seen before.
I remember when I was a child and I got a Personalised Christmas book from my gran, it had my name in it, my friends name and even my pet cat all mixed into the save santa story, it was an excellent gift and I kept it for years and still have in my loft, this is why I want to do this and why I think it will work, personalised gifts like that always work, and for a gamer to have his own game is something most gamers would love.
This company will strive to give the gamers something new and never seen before in this industiy provide the best quality we can and make some gamers happy with their purchase.
