Abstract
An anti-haze mask designed for protection against fine atmospheric particulate matter (PM), i.e. PM2.5, consists of a silicone mask 1, a filter mounting base 2, a PM2.5 filter 3, fixing strap fasteners 4, an expiratory/output valve (5, Fig 4), a cover (8, Fig 4), an inhaling/input valve (9, Fig 4) and a filter layer (10, Fig 4). The cover is curved and the filter mounting base is symmetrically disposed thereon, the filter mounting base being equipped with the inhaling valve and PM2.5 filter. The upper cover body of the filter mounting base is equipped with the expiratory valve and the fixing strap fasteners. The filter is made up of four layers (i) a nonwoven fabric layer, (ii) an activated carbon layer, (iii) an electrostatic textile fibre layer and (iv) an electrostatic filtering membrane.

PM2.5 Dedicated Anti-haze Mask
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a dedicated anti-haze PM2.5 mask, which is protective equipment for people's daily lives.
Background of the Invention
PM2.5 refers to particulate matters in the atmosphere with diameter not greater than 2.5 micron, which is also referred to as inhalable particles.
Although PM2.5 content in the atmosphere is low, it has important impact on air quality and visibility. PM2.5 has small particle size, contains a lot of toxic and hazardous substances, stays in the atmosphere for long and conveys a long distance, and thus it has a greater impact on human heatth and the quality of atmospheric environment. Tn hazy weather, people should avoid outdoor activities, and wear masks for protection if it is necessary to go out. The mask filter of anti-haze mask must filter PM2.5 particulate matters efficiently and fit people's face closely. The anti-haze effect of existing masks is not obvious; recently, there are also dedicated anti-haze masks on the market, which use wing-shaped nano-materials and granular activated carbon for mask filters, and filter and block PM2.5, bacteria, viruses and automobile exhaust.
However, the filters of such masks have high density, and the expiratory channel and filters are on the same filter element channel, so that the mask filters are easily blocked, which will reduce the protection efficiency, and make people feel oppressed and uncomfortable after wearing a long time, so that it is not conducive to wear for a long time; on the other hand, such anti-haze masks also can't fit people's face closely.
Summary of the Invention
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a PM2.5 dedicated anti-haze mask against the deficiencies of above-mentioned anti-haze masks; the mask separates the expiratory channel from the filter channel; the filter layers consist of nonwoven fabric layer, activated carbon fiber layer, electrostatic textile fiber layer and electrostatic filtering membrane, featuring excellent filter effect and unobstructed airflow; the mask is made of silicone material and fits people's face closely, so that the haze won't be absorbed by the body through the edges.
The present invention achieves above-mentioned purpose through the following technical solutions: The PM2.5 dedicated anti-haze mask consists of silicone mask, filter mounting base, PM2.5 filter, fixing strap fastener, expiratory valve, expiratory valve seat, pressing ring, cover, inhaling valve and filter layer, wherein: the cover is curved, the longitudinal center line of the cover is equipped with filter mounting base symmetrically on both sides, the upper cover body of the filter mounting base is equipped with expiratory valve seat, and the expiratory valve seat is equipped with expiratory valve; the inside of the filter mounting base is equipped with an inhaling valve, and the outside is equipped with PM2.5 filter, the PM2.5 filter is fitted with a filter layer, said filter layer consists of nonwoven fabric layer, activated carbon fiber layer, electrostatic textile fiber layer and electrostatic filtering membrane; the periphery of the cover body is provided with silicone mask, the rim of the silicone mask is crimped, fixed and sealed with the expiratory valve seat and the filter mounting base through the pressing ring; both sides of the cover are equpped with fixing strap fasteners.
Comparing with the prior art, the present invention has the following beneficial effects: The PM2.5 dedicated anti-haze mask separates the expiratory channel from the filter channel and the inhaling channel to ensure unobstructed airflow. The user can breathe smoothly when wears it. It also fits people's face closely, and the inhaled air is filtered completely before entering into the body to ensure excellent anti-haze effects. The filter layers consist of nonwoven fabric layer, activated carbon fiber layer, electrostatic textile fiber layer and electrostatic filtering membrane, featuring excellent filter effect, and can completely filter out PM2.5 particulate matters. It solves the problem that the existing anti-haze masks do not have obvious effects; although the dedicated masks have obvious anti-haze effect, the mask filters are easily blocked, which will make people feel oppressed and uncomfortable after wearing a long time and it doesn't fit people's face closely because the expiratory channel and filters are on the same filter element channel.

Description of Embodiment
The PIVI2.5 Dedicated Anti-haze Mask consists of silicone mask 1, filter mounting base 2, PM2.5 filter 3, fixing strap fastener 4, expiratory valve 5, expiratory valve seat 6, pressing ring 7, cover 8, inhaling valve 9 and filter layer 10. The cover 8 is curved, which is similar to the shape of the human face. the longitudinal center line of the cover 8 is equipped with filter mounting base 2 symmetrically on both sides, the upper cover 8 of the filter mounting base 2 is equipped with expiratory valve seat 6, and the expiratory valve seat 6 is equipped with expiratory valve 5; the inside of the filter mounting base 2 is equipped with an inhaling valve 9, and the outside of the filter mounting base 2 is equipped with PM2.5 filter 3, the PM2.5 filter 3 is fitted with a filter layer 10, said filter layer 10 consists of nonwoven fabric layer, activated carbon fiber layer, electrostatic textile fiber layer and electrostatic filtering membrane. The periphery of the cover 8 is provided with silicone mask 1, the rim of the silicone mask 1 has crimp 11, the silicone mask 1, expiratory valve seat 6 and filter mounting base 2 are fixed and se&ed through the pressing ring 7; both sides of the cover 8 are equipped with fixing strap fastener 4. (See Figures 1 7) The silicone mask 1 of the PM2.5 Dedicated Anti-haze Mask is made of non-allergic highly flexible silicone. To fit human face closely, the rim of the silicone mask I has crimp 11, which has two crimped sealing boxes and forms two seals on people's face to effectively prevent the infrusion of haze. V/hen wear the PM2.5 dedicated anti-haze mask, the negative pressure generated when people inhale opens the two inhaling valves 9, the hazy air outside is fitted by the filter layer 10 equipped on the PM2.5 filter 3 to ensure that the inhaled air is the clean air after filtering the P1'v12.5 particulate matters and the exhaled air is discharged from the expiratory valve 5 of the seat 6. While exhaling, the positive pressure closes the two inhaling valves 9, so that the hazy air outside won't enter.
The PM2.5 dedicated anti-haze mask separates the expiratory channel from the filter chairnel and the inhaling chairnel to ensure unobstructed airflow. The user can breathe smoothly when wears it. It also fits people's face closely, and the inhaled air is filtered completely before entering into the body to ensure excellent anti-haze effects. The filter layers consist of nonwoven fabric layer, activated carbon fiber layer, electrostatic textile fiber layer and electrostatic filtering membrane, featuring excellent filter effect, and can completely filter out PM2.5 particulate matters.
