Description

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
LIGHTING APPARATUS
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
This invention consists of a lighting apparatus, thEt presents a number of advantages and novelty features, which shall be described in detail later on and which represent an improved alternative with regard to the prior art.
The object of this invention focuses specifically on a lighting apparatus that has the particular feature of being equipped wEth a rapid assembly/disassembly front cover device.
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The field of application of this invention fal]s within the sector involved in the manufacture of lighting apparatuses.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Among the lighting apparatuses that currently exist, there are those that are made up of a casing that protects the light inside and the circuitry to control and ensure the lighting apparatus works.
Due to the general use of this type of lighting apparatuses, they may be installed in very different places, making the task extremely difficult and expensive for manufacturers and suppliers in terms of making and storing a high number of references for the same type of lighting apparatus in which only aesthetic variations are applied such as colour or surface finishes.
Above all, the part that requires most changes, in order to be installed in the different places, is the front part of the lighting apparatus, which, given the assembly of the device itself, this front part is not independent, instead it forms part of the casing or its removal is extremely complicated as it is fixed to the casing by other parts of the casing itself.
The aim of this invention is to develop an improved type of lighting apparatus, the casing of which will act as a protective component with a completely flat plate that will enable these automated processes to be carried out.
With regard to the existing prior art, it should be noted that, at least as far as the applicant is aware, there are no other lighting apparatuses with the same technical, structural and constitutive characteristics as those being claimed.
INVENTION EXPLANATION
The lighting apparatus proposed by the invention meets the abovementioned objective in a satisfactory manner and also possesses a market novelty within its field of application, with the distinguishing features that make it possEble conveniently included in the final claims
attached to this detailed description.
Therefore, in a specific way, the invention1s lighting apparatus, as mentioned above, is a lighting apparatus with a casing designed in such a way that the front thereof is fixed directEy by means of an fixing system.
S
Continuing with the characteristics of the invention, in a preferred embodiment, the fixing system between the front part and the lighting apparatus casing are hidden, .e., the joint between the two pads is not permanent and cannot be seen from the outside, thus also making users think that the lighting apparatus is vandal-resistant given that the joining points are invisible, which makes it difficult to remove the component parts.
Furthermore, these hidden joining points between the front part and the casing, although they can include any type of fixing system, for example, a press-clip system or Velcro® type entwined strips, in a preferred embodiment of the the lighting apparatus, the fixing system will be magnetic type, including magnets or magnets and ferromagnetic metal parts without position limitation, i.e. with magnets on one of the two parts, front cover or casing, or, where necessary, on both parts.
The lighting apparatus described therefore consists of an element with structural and constituent features unseen until now for the intended purpose which, together with its practical use, provide it with sufficient grounds to obtain the privilege of exclusivity being requested.
DESCRIPTION OF FIGURES
In addition to the description included herein, a series of figures have been attached to this description as an integral part thereof, in order to aid in understanding the features of the invention and which include, but is not limited to, the following: Sole figure 1. -Shows an exploded view drawing of a preferred embodiment of the invention's lighting apparatus, showing the main parts and elements thereof, as well as the configuration and position of said parts and elements,
PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
In view of the abovementioned sole figure 1 and pursuant to the numbering used, it clearly shows a non-limitative embodiment of the invention1s lighting apparatus, which is made up of the components and elements described in more detail below.
Therefore, as shown in said figure, the lighting apparatus (1) comprises a support casing (2), that houses one or more lamps (3), in this embodiment LED lights, allached as a whole to a lampholder plate (cannot be seen as it is at the rear of the aforesaid base), with each lamp (3) normally inserted into the back of a reflective screen (4) and a front part (5) of the lighting apparatus that covers the casing (2) on top and is equipped with holes (5a) that coincide with the posiflon and number of lamps (3) and, if applicable, with reflective screens (4), with the distinguishing feature that the front part (5) consists of a completely flat plate.
The aforementioned front part (5), which normally has a matching layout configuration adjusted to the perimeter border of the casing (2), also has a hidden and non-permanent fixing system between both parts.
These hidden fixing systems between the front part (5) and the casing (2) are magnetic type and consist for example of magnets (6) screwed to the casing (2) in the relevant threaded holes (7) designed for said purpose, to which the front part (5) is joined by its rear surface as it is made with ferromagnetic metal.
As indicated in previous sections, this solution is not limitative, given that the magnets (6) can also be incorporated onto the rear side of the front part (5) or on bath parts, and other types of fixing systems can also be used, for example press-clip systems or Velcro® type entwined strips.
Having sufficiently described the nature of this invention, as well as the manner in which it will be implemented, there is no need to explain further, since any expert in the subject will understand the scope and advantages derived therefrom, however we must state that, pursuant to the essential nature of the invention, it may be implemented in other embodiments other than those indicated by way of example herein and which shall offer the same protection as that claimed, providing the fundamental features thereof are not altered, changed or modified.
