Claims (6)

  1. I Claim: 1 The co-sleeper! breastfeeder comprises of six pieces when fixed together and placed in position they can be seen as in diagrams 7 & 9 but individually they include the two side pieces (diag 1) which incorporate the side bases (diag 2) and the tops (diag 3,4 & 5), the head and foot bases (diag 6) and the two safety textiles (diag 8) of which are adjustable.
  2. 2 The co-sleeper! breastfeeder according to claim 1 has two textiles (diag 8) of shape 18 & 19, at one end of the textile has been tailored to act as a flap on each corner 1.
  3. 3 The co-sleeper! breastfeeder according to claim 2 has a further full width flap 2 found 3/4 of the way along the textile.
  4. 4 The co-sleeper! breastfeeder according to claim 2 finds that the corner flaps 1 measure as a diagonal triangle (two sides) that fold over the side legs curvature 3 by a series of poppers or velcro.
The co-sleeper! breastfeeder according to claim 3 finds the base flap 2 measures as a flap % of the way along the textile all across the width and flaps over the side base 4 and both base and corner flaps are attached to the main textile sheet by a series of poppers or Velcro
  5. 5.
6 The co-sleeper! breastfeeder according to claim 1 finds the two side pieces (diag 1, 7 & 9) are exactly the same, except for the detail in the positioning of the male and female screw holes!threaded inserts 6 in the top part 7.
7 The co-sleeper! breastfeeder according to claim 6 finds the top of each piece houses both two male and two female screwholes!threaded inserts 6 that are positioned opposite each other for each side piece.
8 The co-sleeper! breastfeeder according to claim 7 finds on each top part 7, the male hole is sized to accommodate a 4mm screw 8 to be placed through it and this screw, in turn, tightens into the opposite threaded insert in the opposite side piece top to pull the two side pieces together with the holes and threaded inserts being located in a cross-like formation in relation to each other (diag 3).
9 The co-sleeper! breastfeeder according to claim 1 finds the individual side piece (diag 1) dimensions are such that they each form a two dimensional triangle-like shape but when attached together they create a four sided box like shape (diag 7).
The co-sleeper! breastfeeder according to claim 1 finds the dimensions are exactly the same for both side pieces (diag 1).
11 The co-sleeper! breastfeeder according to claim 1 finds the sides bases (diag 2) shape, while the bottom is flat but the side that projects upwards has a spherical shape 9.
12 The co-sleeper! breastfeeder according to claim 11 finds that at each end of the base (diag 2), the side leg part 10 continues at a 90 degree angle and becomes a fully rounded upright leg.
13 The co-sleeper! breastfeeder according to claim 12 finds that at the height (diag 1), the side legs curve 3 at an angle of 45 degrees. This is measured parallel to the side base as a reference point and at a further 135 degrees measured from a 90 degree cross section from the side base as a reference point so they end up with a further trajectory height 11 to the top part 7 while the curvature 3 extends through.
14 The co-sleeper! breastfeeder according to claim 13 finds that the two legs 11 then run a length each from the defined angle and link up via the top part (diag 3) at a suitable height (diag 1 & 7).
The co-sleeper! breastfeeder according to claim 14 looks at it from a side view and finds the top part is fixed to the two legs at its side widths with the height being at the top of the curvature 13 and the bottom length is as a straight line.
16 The co-sleeper! breastfeeder according to claim 15 where the legs become the top part then heighten out to a curvature 21 and at the same time the legs transform into the top part, the diameter lessens in depth 20, to take the shape of the top part 14 which takes a semi circular flat disc shape (diag 4).
17 The co-sleeper! breastfeeder according to claim 8 & 16 finds each top accommodates four screw threads.
18 The co-sleeper! breastfeeder according to claim 17 whereby two threads act as female threads with a threaded insert held in each.
19 The co-sleeper! breastfeeder according to claim 18 notes these are found using the central point of the top (diag 3) as a reference point and this central point being from where the legs transform into the top as well as up and down from the top and bottom at where the widest part of the top is, so the inserts are located to the left and to the right of this top reference point.
The co-sleeper! breastfeeder according to claim 19 uses the same central reference point on the top part, a male screw hole is centrally found directly above it and a male screw hole is centrally located directly below it while the male screw holes accommodate corresponding thread screw with countersunk socket head.
21 The co-sleeper! breastfeeder according to claim 1 shows the head/foot base (diag 6) is a separate strip that measures exactly the same dimensions as the sides base, except their length is shorter.
22 The co-sleeper! breastfeeder according to claim 21 finds the two sides and the head/foot base are attached by the exact same type of aforementioned screws and threaded inserts used for the top part in claim 17 and 18.
23 The co-sleeper! breastfeeder according to claim 22 finds the head/foot pieces attach to the ends of the two side bases (diag 6) by way of the screw holes 16 found centrally holed in from the ends of the base to accommodate the screw 8, in the side view of head/foot piece.
24 The co-sleeper! breastfeeder according to claim 21 finds the base length and curvature heights corresponding as in diag
  6. 6.
The co-sleeper! breastfeeder according to claim 24, finds that each end of the head/foot base (diag 6) is mitred in height 17 by its upright view, leaving the residual of the total height to accommodate the countersunk socket head part of the screw 8.
26 The co-sleeper! breastfeeder according to claim 22 sees the head!foot base attaches to the corners of the two side pieces in diag 6 at 15 in which these are fixed to corresponding female thread inserts so that the head!foot base 17 fixes firmly to the two side base pieces 15.
