ihe number of subscribers of ultra-high speed internet (optical network LAN) using an opflcal network in Korea is in the order of 20.6 per 100 based on 2012 figures and1 which is the highest figure in any OECO country. Indeed, this figure is 10 times higher than in the United States (19) and Germany (0.2) Further, the distribution of smart phones amongst the popuation within Korea which may perform Internet search at an ultra high speed and use various mulUmeda functions is 67%, which is the highest figure in the world. Korea is therefore a prime example of a country where a large proportion of a large population own ultra high speed Internet-enabled devices and smart phones.
However, and remaining with Korea as an example, the Korean IT environment is formed by a leadership of an infrastructure distributer, that is, by specftic mobe communicafion companies, and as a resut, the variety of contents or software which needs to exceed the infrastructure is actuay restricted. In other words, it may be interpreted that utUization of the smart phone which uses a communication network is aso resthcted in the Korean IT environment. Accordingly, it is required to introduce a system which may improve on a phenomenon in which large amounts of data flood the network even on a day ba&s but without any specific purpose.
Recenfly, attempts to utffize a wireless network wHch is provided by a mobfle communication company as an advertising platform has increased. Due to such an attempt, there is a change in that when a user accesses a wireless network through a mobile device (a smart phone, a tablet, or a PC), the user may access the wireless network only when the user is to watch for a predetermined time a specific advertisement which is provided by the mobfle communication company.
However, such a one--directional advertsement providing method causes great inconvenience to the user who uses the wireless network such that most users ignore the advertisement even when an advertisement page appears or is induced to use another Internet network.

In the present invention, a platform generally refers to hardware or software which becomes a basis of a computer system. A computer system is a hierarchical device which is formed of a hardware layer which is at the level of an integrated circuit chip (IC chip) which is the bottom layer, a layer of a firmware and an operating system which is the next layer, and an application platform layer which is the top layer and only the bottom layer of the device is called a platform. However, in some cases, both the hardware and the software are generally called a platform because the hardware and the software support the application.
A terminology of a platform such as a service platform which Is used in this specification may be defined as a group in which a function performing means and modules are combined to provide an independent unit of service.
That is, the service platform may be defined as a group which relays a content a service requestor (or transmitter) and a content service provider (or a receiver) or performs various service functions. Therefore, when the platform is defined to be divided by a set of functions and modules rather than by a physical configuration, the platform may be desirably defined and details of the platform structure will be described in detail below for the functions and modules with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 Is a block diagram illustrating a real time content providing system using a wireless LAN according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 Is a flowchart schematically illustrating an operation of a real time content providing system using the wireless LAN of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a block diagram illustrating a code analyzing unit of FIG. 1.
Referring to FIGS. I to 3, a real time content providing system using a wireless LAN according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes a wireless LAN 100, a user terminal 200, an analysis matching module 300, and a service executing module 400. In the meantime, the analysis matching module 300 and the service executing module 400 in the present invention may be separately configured by a service platform for a content providing service or configured to be combined. Such a service platform is implemented as an application form for a content providing service so that convenient user interface (UI) may be provided.
The wireless LAN 100 is equipment which provides a near field communication network which allows a ultra high speed Internet in an area where the user terminal 200 is located. As a wireless LAN 100, a plurality of wireless LANs 101, 102, and 103 may be provided in the area and have unique identification code (SSID: Service Set Identifier). The unique SSID may be created based on at least one of C, JAVA, active server pages (ASP), personal hypertext preprocessor (PHP), JAVA server pages (JSP), and XCODE.
The user terminal 200 is a terminal which may access the wireless LAN 100 In a first communication mode. Here, the first communication mode may be a wireless fidelity (WIFI) communication mode. Further, the user terminal is a terminal which may be operated in a wideband CDMA (WCDMA) communication mode, a code dMsion multiple access (CDMA) communication mode, a wireless broadband Internet (WiBro) communication mode, a long term io evolution (LIE) communication mode, or a 5G communication mode other than a WiFi communication mode. In the present invention, it is described that the user terminal 200 is a terminal which may access the wireless LAN 100 in a WIFI communication mode as an example, but the user terminal 200 is not limited thereto and various communication modes to which a near field communication may be applied may also be applied to the user terminal 200. Further, the user terminal 200 may be a mobile communication terminal such as a mobile phone, a personal digital assistant (PDA), a smart phone, or a table PC which may transmit and receive data through the wireless LAN 100. However, in the present invention, the user terminal 200 is not limited to a mobile communication terminal, but may be applied to another terminal which may transmit and receive data through the wireless LAN 100 such as a personal computer and a set top box.
A mode of the user terminal 200 is changed into the first communication mode so that the user terminal 200 accesses the wireless LAN 100.
In order to implement the operation, the user terminal 200 may incftide a mode conver&on detecting unit 201! a LAN sSecting unft 202, and a LAN accessing unit 203. The user terminal 200 includes a display unit, a power supply, a memory unit, and a control unit which are provided in a general terminal in addition to constituent elements iflustrated in FIG. I and the foflowing description corresponds to unique constituent &ements of the present invention which aflow a user to request the contents and receive the content using a content providing system according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention other than general constituent elements.
The mode conversion detecting unit 201 detects whether a mode of the user terminal 200 is converted into the first communication mode. That is, the mode conversion detecting unit 201 detects whether a mobile communicating unit (not illustrated) which is provided in the user terminal 200 is convertible into the first communication mode.
The LAN selecting unit 202 selects a desired wir&ess LAN 100 when the user terminal 200 is converted into the first communication mode. That is, th.e LAN selecting unit 202 searches the wireless LAN 100 which is disposed in an area where the user terminal 200 is located and selects a desired wireless LAN among searched wireless LANs 100. For example, when the user terminal 200 is located in an A mart, the LAN selecting unit 202 may select one wireless LAN APi among wireless LANs APi AP2, and IPTIME of the A mart in order to use the wireless LAN 100 which is disposed in the area of the A mart.
The LAN accessing unit 203 accesses the wireless LAN 100 selected in the LAN selecting unit 202 in the first communication mode to transmit and ii receive data. As described above, when the user terminal 200 accesses the wireless LAN 100 through the LAN accessing unit 203, an operation of the analysis matching module 300 may be performed.
The analysis matching module 300 receIves and analyzes a unique SSID of the wireless LAN 100 which is accessed with the user terminal 200 to match the unique SSID with a reference SSID which is registered in advance and determines whether the unique SSID is a service available SSID. If the unique SSID is a service available SSlD, the analysis matching module 300 operates the service executing module 400.
In order to implement such an operation, the analysis matching module 300 includes a code acquiring unit 310, a code analyzing unit 320, a code storing unit 330, a code matching unit 340, and a matching control unit 350.
The code acquiring unit 310 acquires a unique SSID of the wireless LAN which accesses the user terminal 200. That is, the code acquiring unit 310 acquIres the unique 8810 of the wireless LAN 100 through a mobile communicating unit (not illustrated) of the user terminal 200.
The code analyzing unit 320 analyzes the unique SSID which is acquired by the code acquiring unit 310. That is, the code analyzing unit 320 analyzes the unique SSID acquired by the code acquiring unit 310 for every string, word, or special character to normalize code information.
in order to implement such an operation, the code analyzing unIt 320 includes a string analyzing unit 321, a word analyzing unit 322, and a special character analyzing unit 323.
The string analyzing unit 321 analyzes and normalizes a unique SSID acquired by the code acquiring unit 310 through a string tokenizer. That is, the string analyzing unit 321 tokenizes the unique 8810 in the unit of string to normalize a parsed string. For example, as illustrated in FIG. 3, when the unique 8810 acquired by the code acquiring unit 310 is TWIFI ZONE #1, the string analyzing unit 321 parses TWIFI, ZONE, and #1 whIch are total three strings through the string tokenizer.
The word analyzing unit 322 analyzes the string normalized by the string analyzing unit 321 for every property of the word through the word tokenizer to normalize a word. For example, as lilustrated in FIG. 3, the word analyzing unit 322 analyzes and normalizes TWIFI, ZONE, and #1 which are parsed by the string analyzing unit 321 as ** telecom, an area, and # day which are properties of total three words through a word tokenizer.
The special character analyzing unit 323 analyzes the word which is normalized by the word analyzing unit 322 in the unit of a property of a special is character through a special character tokenizer to normalize the special character. For example, as illustrated in FIG. 3, the special character analyzing unit 323 analyzes and normalizes #1 which is parsed by the word analyzing unit 322 as # through the special character tokenizer.
In the code storing unit 330, a reference 8810 of the wireless LAN 100 through which a content providing service defined between a data transmitter and a data receiver (for example, a management module 600 and the user terminal 200) Is available is stored. The code storing unit 330 stores a reference SSID of the wireless LAN 100 which is registered by the code matching unit 340 to be matched. The code storing unit 330 is a general term of a space and/or an area in which a code programmed in order to control an enlire operation of the analysis matching module 300 and data inputloutput when the operation by the code is performed are stored and provided as a form of an &ectricafly erasable and programmable read only memory (EEPROM) or a s flash memory (FM), and also provided as a form of a hard disk drive in recent years The code matching una 340 matches the unique 3810 and the reference SSID. That is, the code matching unit 340 searches a matching reference 3310 in the code storing unit 330 in order to match the unique 8310 of the accessed wireless LAN 100 with the list of a reference 3310 which s registered in advance.
The matching control unit 350 determines whether the unique SSID is a service available 3310 and if the unique 8810 is a service avauable 3810, executes the service executing module 400. That is, when the unique 3810 of the accessed wir&ess LAN 100 matches wfth the reference SSR) which is registered in advance, the matching control unit 350 determines that the accessed wireless LAN 100 has a unique 3310 through which the content providing service is available and operates the service executing module 400 to provide various content executing services to the user terminal 200. For example, when the unique SSID of the accessed wireless LAN 100 is TWIll ZONE I and the previou&y registered reference 3310 is TWIN ZONE * if it is agreed that of the reference SSID includes aR characters, the matching control unit 350 determines that the unique 8310 matches with the reference 3310. Further, if it is determined that the accessed wireless LAN 100 has the content providing service available unique SSID, the matching control unit 350 may provide the unique SSID of the wir&ess LAN 100 to the management module 600 to be recorded.
In the meantime, the analysis matching module 300 is connected to the management module 600 to aIow the management module 600 to provide a service avaflable reference SSID and record and monitor an analysis matching module 300 related log. That is, the management module 600 is connected with the analysis matching module 300 so as to record the usage status of the analysis matching module 300 to make a database and monitor the database materials in real time. In this case, database fields may include a usage time, a unique 3610, arid a matching result. The management modue 600 may transmit data in the form of at least one of XML (eXtensible Markup Language), JSON(JavaScript Object Notation), and TEXT to the analysis matching module 300.
Even though not illustrated, the analysis matching module 300 may include an address storing module and an access authentication module to perform authentication process of the wireless LAN 100 to be accessed. That is, the address storing module stores a MAC address of the wireless LAN 100 which aUows the access and the access authentication module compares the MAC address which is transmitted from the wireless LAN 100 with a previously stored MAC address to determine whether the wireless LAN 100 is albwed to be accessed. For example, when the MAC address of the wireless LAN 100 which allows accessing is 5453ED1BE27D and the MAC address which is transmitted from the wireless LAN 100 is 54-53.ED1BE2-7D, the wireless LAN is sHowed to be accessed through the access authentication module.
When the unique SSID of the wireless LAN 100 is determined as a service available SSID by the analysis matching module 300, the service executing module 400 provides various content executing services to the user terminal 200. That is, when the unique SSID of the wireless LAN 100 is determined as a content providing service available code by the matching control unit 350, the service executing module 400 performs a service of providing various content Information which are registered in advance to the user terminal 200.
The service executing module 400 is connected to a storing module 500 in which various content information is stored so that to receive various content information therefrom. The storing module 500 includes a storing unit 510 in which content information required for the service executing module 400 is stored and a transmitting unit 520 which transmits the content information. The various content information may include at least one of image information, video information, text information, update information, notice information, and control information.
The service executing module 400 Includes an image executing unit 401.
a video executing unit 402, a text executing unit 403, an update executing unit 404, a notice executing unit 405, and an APP control executing unit 408 In order to provide an executing service of various contents.
