Abstract

A detachable filtering mechanism of a coffee machine includes a box body 100 with a through hole, a first filtering element, a second filtering element a sealing ring 400, an elastic clamping element 500 and a pallet 600. The first filtering element comprises a first wall 200 detachably assembled inside the box body and a bottom wall is disposed with a small hole corresponding to the throughout hole of box body 100. The first wall is disposed with at least two lock grooves 220 throughout inside and outside and connected to the upper periphery of the first wall. The second filtering element for coffee powder comprises a second wall 300 and a filtering mesh 310 fixed to the lower inner periphery of the second wall, the outer of the second wall is disposed with projections (320) coupled to the lock grooves and with same number as the lock grooves, and the bottom of the second wall is convex with an annular boss downwards, the second wall is assembled inside the first wall. The sealing ring is disposed inside the first filtering element, and the sealing ring is assembled between the annular boss and the first wall. The present invention has advantage that the first filtering element is detachable from the second filtering element and they can be quickly disassembled and assembled, which is convenient for user to clean.

Description

A detachable filtering mechanism of a coffee machine The present invention relates to a detachable filtering mechanism of a coffee machine.
The existing filtering mechanism of the coffee machine is disposed with double-lay filtering mesh, the filtering mesh can't be removed, making it difficult to clean, especially the coffee dirt between the two layers of the filtering mesh. If clogged, it may shorten the service life of the filtering mesh.
In other situation, the assembly and disassembly mechanism is complex, and the filtering mesh is difficult to remove. The filtering mesh may be broken during assembly or disassembly, which may shorten the service life of the filtering mesh. The existing technology can't satisfy the needs of the consumers.
The present invention is provided with a detachable filtering mechanism of a coffee machine, which overcomes the disadvantages of the existing technology. The technical proposal of the present invention to solve the technical problems is as below: a detachable filtering mechanism of a coffee machine comprising: a box body with top opened, the bottom of the box body is disposed with at least a throughout hole; a first filtering element, which comprising a first wall detachably assembled inside the box body and a bottom wall fixed to the bottom inner periphery of the first wall or with one step forming, the bottom wall is disposed with a small hole of throughout and corresponding to the throughout hole, the first wall is disposed with at least two lock grooves of throughout inside and outside and connected to the upper periphery of the first wall; a second filtering element for coffee powder, the second filtering element comprising a second wall and a filtering mesh fixed to the lower inner periphery of the second wall, the outer of the second wall is disposed with projections coupled to the lock grooves and with same number as the lock grooves, and the bottom of the second wall is convex with an annular boss downwards, the second wall is assembled inside the first wall, the projections is locked to the lock grooves, the filtering mesh is situated above the small hole; and a sealing ring, which is disposed inside the first filtering element, the sealing ring is assembled between the annular boss and the first wall.
Two projections are spaced, the projection of the locked grooves in the longitudinal section is L-shape.
The present invention further comprising an elastic clamping element to catch the first filtering element, the inner periphery of the box body is disposed with an annular groove, the clamping element is assembled inside the annular groove.
The clamping element is an annular collet, and the collet is composed of several arc sections and linear sections around the central axis with a breach.
The upper periphery of the first wall is extended outward with an annular flange, which is supported on the top surface of the box body; the upper periphery of the second wall is extended outwards and formed an annular ring which is supported on the annular flange of the first wall.
The sealing ring is a Y-shape ring, two legs of the Y-shape ring are faced down and separately contacted to the annular boss and the first wall in a sealing way.
The present invention further comprising a pallet with a diversion hole, the pallet is fixed to the box body inside and situated below the first filtering element, the diversion hole is corresponding to the small hole of the first wall and the throughout hole of the box body.
The pallet includes a plate body, the top of the plate body is small end down, the bottom is disposed with a hollow diversion cylinder corresponding to the diversion hole, the plate body is fixed to the box body by screw.
Compared to the existing technology, the technical proposal of the present invention has advantages as below: 1. With the cooperation of the lock grooves of the first filtering element and the projections of the second filtering element, the first filtering element is detachable from the second filtering element, and the first filtering element and the second filtering element can be quickly disassembled and assembled, which is convenient for user to clean the coffee dirt between the two filtering elements.
2, The sealing ring is disposed to prevent coffee from flowing out of the two filtering elements.
3. The projection of the lock grooves in longitudinal section is L-shape, which is structural simple and easy to assemble and disassemble.
4. The clamping element is cooperated with the annular groove to lock the first filtering element, which is convenient for user to asscmblc and disassemble.
5. The annular flange of the first wall is supported on the top surface of the box body, and the annular ring of the second wall is supported on the annular flange, which is convenient for user to get the first filtering element or the second filtering element, 6. The sealing ring is Y-shape with well sealing performance to guarantee the coffee taste effect.

Please refer to fig.1 to fig.6. A detachable filtering mechanism of a coffee machine in this preferred embodiment comprising a box body 100, a first filtering clement, a second filtering element, a sealing ring 400, an elastic clamping element 500, and a pallet 600.
The box body 100 with top opened is disposed with at least a throughout hole 100 at the bottom.
In this embodiment, the inner periphery of the box body 100 is disposed with an annular groove 120.
The first filtering element comprising a first wall 200 detachably assembled inside the box body and a bottom wall fixed to the lower inner periphery of the first wall 200 or with one step forming at the lower inner periphery of the first wall 200. The bottom wall is disposed with a small hole 210 of throughout and corresponding to the throughout hole 110, the first wall 200 is disposed with at least two lock grooves 220 of throughout inside and outside and connected to the upper periphery of the first wall 200; in this embodiment, the projection of the locked grooves 220 in the longitudinal section is L-shape. Preferred, the upper periphery of the first wall 200 is extended outward with an annular flange 230, the annular flange 230 is supported on the top surface of the box body 100, which is convenient for user to get the first filtering element.
The second filtering element for coffee powder comprising a second wall 300 and a filtering mesh 310 fixed to the lower inner periphery of the second wall, the outer of the second wall 300 is disposed with projections 320 coupled to the lock grooves 220 and with same number as the lock grooves 200, the second wall 300 is assembled inside the first wall 200, the projections 320 are locked to the lock grooves 220, the filtering mesh 310 is situated above the small hole 210. In this embodiment, two projections 320 are spaced. Preferred, the upper periphery of the second wall 300 is extended outwards and formed an annular ring 330, the annular ring 330 is supported on the annular flange 230 of the first wall 200, which is convenient for user to get the second filtering element. The bottom of the second wall 300 is convex with an annular boss 340 downwards.
The sealing ring 400 is disposed inside the first filtering element, and the sealing ring 400 is assembled between the annular boss 340 and the first wall 200. Preferred, the sealing ring 400 is a Y-shape ring, two legs of the Y-shape ring are faced down and separately contacted to the annular boss 340 and the first wall 200 in a sealing way with well scaling performance to guarantee the coffee taste effect.
The elastic clamping element 500 is disposed to catch the first filtering element, and the clamping element 500 is assembled inside the annular groove 120. The clamping element 500 is an annular collet, the collet is composed of several arc sections and linear sections around the central axis with a breach.
The pallet 600 is disposed with a diversion hole 610, the pallet 600 is fixed to the box body 100 inside and situated below the first filtering element, the diversion hole 610 is corresponding to the small hole 210 of the first wall 200 and the throughout hole 110 of the box body 100. In this embodiment, the pallet 600 includes a plate body, the top of the plate body is small end down, the bottom is disposed with a hollow diversion cylinder 620 corresponding to the diversion hole 610, the plate body is fixed to the box body 100 by screw 700.
When to clean the filtering mechanism, get the entire body of first filtering element and the second filtering element out of the box body, and turn the second filtering element to make the projections moved from the close end of the lock grooves to the other end in one side of the upper periphery of the first wall, then the projections slides out of the lock grooves, the first filtering element is separated from the second filtering element to clean the coffee dirt in the filtering elements easily.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments thereof for canying out the patent for invention, it is apparent to those skilled in the art that a variety of modifications and changes maybe made without departing from the scope of the patent for invention which is intended to be defined by the appended claims.

Claims (9)

  1. Claims 1. A detachable filtering mechanism of a coffee machine comprising: a box body (100) with top opened, the bottom of the box body (100) is disposed with at least a throughout hole (110); a first filtering element, which comprising a first wall (200) detachably assembled inside the box body (100) and a bottom wall fixed to the bottom inner periphery of the first wall or with one step forming, the bottom wall is disposed with a small hole (210) of throughout and corresponding to the throughout hole (110), the first wall (200) is disposed with at least two lock grooves (220) of throughout inside and outside and connected to the upper periphery of the first wall (200); a second filtering element for coffee powder, which comprising a second wall (300) and a filtering mesh (310) fixed to the lower inner periphery of the second wall, the outer of the second wall (300) is disposed with projections (320) coupled to the lock grooves and with same number as the lock grooves, and the bottom of the second wall (300) is convex with an annular boss (340) downwards, the second wall (300) is assembled inside the first wall (200), the projections (320) is locked to the lock grooves (220), the filtering mesh (310) is situated above the small hole (210); and a sealing ring (400), which is disposed inside the first filtering element, the sealing ring (400) is assembled between the annular boss (340) and the first wall (200).
  2. 2. A detachable filtering mechanism of a coffee machine according to claim 1, wherein two projections (320) are spaced, the projection of the locked grooves (220) in the longitudinal section is L-shape.
  3. 3. A detachable filtering mechanism of a coffee machine according to claim 1 or 2, wherein further comprising an elastic clamping element (500) to catch the first filtering element, the inner periphery of the box body (100) is disposed with an annular groove (120), the clamping element (500) is assembled inside the annular groove (120).
  4. 4. A detachable filtering mechanism of a coffee machine according to claim 3, wherein the clamping element (500) is an annular collet, and the collet is composed of several arc sections and linear sections around the central axis with a breach.
  5. 5. A detachable filtering mechanism of a coffee machine according to any preceding claim, wherein the upper periphery of the first wall (200) is extended outward with an annular flange (230), which is supported on the top surface of the box body (100); the upper periphery of the second wall (300) is extended outwards and formed an annular ring (330), which is supported on the annular flange (230) of the first wall (200).
  6. 6. A detachable filtering mechanism of a coffee machine according to any preceding claim, wherein the sealing ring (400) is a Y-shape ring, two legs of the Y-shape ring are faced down and separately contacted to the annular boss (340) and the first wall (200) in a sealing way.
  7. 7. A detachable filtering mechanism of a coffee machine according to any preceding claim, wherein further comprising a pallet (600) with a diversion hole (610), the pallet (600) is fixed to the box body (100) inside and situated below the first filtering element, the diversion hole (610) is corresponding to the small hole (210) of the first wall (200) and the throughout hole (110) of the box body (100).
  8. 8. A detachable filtering mechanism of a coffee machine according to claim 7, wherein the pallet (600) includes a plate body, the top of the plate body is small end down, the bottom is disposed with a hollow diversion cylinder (620) corresponding to the diversion hole (610), the plate body is fixed to the box body (100) by screw (700).
  9. 9. A detachable filtering mechanism of a coffee machine substantially as hereinbefore defined with reference to the accompanying Figures.
