Abstract
A squeezable container 8 has a cover 9, which may be shell-shaped, and is arranged to sit over the outside of the container 8. On the inside of the cover 9, tube shaped protrusions 10 are arranged to transmit pressure to the container 8 when the cover 9 is squeezed. As the two sides of the shell come together and touch the user cannot continue to apply pressure to the container, and so a limit is placed on the amount squeezed out with each press. A removable applicator head 2 is also provided on the container 8. Within the applicator head there is a replaceable durable material 2, such as a sponge, that slides into place using runners (5).
Description
Description
A controlled spueezable device for application of lotion based products.
A squeezable container that has a removable applicator head and a replaceable durable material that is attached to the applicator head. The durable and resilient material is placed on top of a protective curved lip or guard to prevent spillage when any lotion, liquid or cream based products are dispensed. This can then be placed on top of a controlled flow grid which may be placed over the neck of the bottle to help with how much lotion, liquid or cream based product is dispensed onto the removable applicator.
A controlled shell or other preferred designed mechanism that is made to be detachable also, can be placed over the neck of the bottle. Whenattached this will encase the bottle resulting in a control feature that when the shells (now sitting on either side of the bottle) or other preferred design is squeezed together only the desirable amount is dispensed thus adding extra control to the amount of lotion, liquid or cream based product that is used.
When the two parts of the shells compress the bottle and eventually meet it stops any further amount of liquid flow up through the durable material at the top of the container and out of the detachable applicator head. The shell or other preferred design can be adjusted to meet the needs of the average amount of lotion, liquid or cream based product used, in one application. Once the shells are released the control method repeats.

Description cont.
The controlled mesh guard, which is made of a sturdy/solid material, e.g. plastic (fig 6) is place over the neck of the bottle (fig 7) helping control the flow of lotion, liquid or cream based product dispensed from the bottle.
Then the removable shells (fig 9) or other preferred design mechanism would be placed over the neck of the bottle so the shells sit either side of the widest part of bottle for extra grip when squeezing. On the reverse of each individual shell or other preferred design, is a tubing (fig 10. Seepage 3) made of a solid material also so that when the shells are pushed together it will, meet with the sides of the bottle thus acting as the pressure devise to dispense the lotion. The intention of the shell design is that when "said person" squeezes the container, there will be a set amount of lotion, liquid or cream based product that is dispensed, the shells will gently meet when the bottle is compressed to avoid waste and over application.
The next step would be to slide the removable control guard (fig 3) onto the lip located at the top of the bottle (fig 6) and secured into place.
Finally, the applicator sponge (fig 2) is to be gently guided into place on top of the control guard (fig 3) using small runners located on the bottom of the sponge and inside the lip top of the control guard (fig 4. Seepage 2) made with a synthetic material for example a durable plastic. These have been designed so that when the sponge applicator is no longer of any use it can be replaced.
Followed by securing the lid (fig 1) onto the sponge applicator and guard (fig 2&3).
