Abstract

A power extension cord has a main plug 1 connected by main electric cord (3, Fig 1) to multi-connectors 2 which can connect multi series of two cables together or connect multiple appliances in the same time. The main plug has a circuit breaker (5, Fig 2), a blade cutter (4, Fig 2) operated by a button (81, Fig 6) to cut the cover of a cable, an ammeter (7, Fig 2), and USB sockets (8, Fig 3) for a phone charger. The multi-connectors have three channels 22 in which there are copper plates 28 to join two cables, a middle part 29 and two covers 23. The covers may include pushers 26 to push the wires into the channels, which may have abrasive parts 27 to cut into the wires, and the channels may be colour-coded.

Technical field of the invention:
The invention relates to an Electrical Power Extension Cord with Multi-Connector for joining two electric cables together or multi appliances or machines in houses, factories, and in any buildings and in which the cables each include one, two, or more conductors.
Background of the invention:
Connecting devices by electric cable are well known and have been in wide spread use for a number of years.
For examples, a Us Patent Application of Daoud 13/221959 discloses an electrical connector for joining two cables each of which contains one or more separate conductors together to complete an electrical connection. The electrical connector include a longitudinally extending triangle shaped inner body having a central core, two, or three outwardly extending walls, two or three outer body members with one of the body members disposed on an outer end of each of the wails, and wherein the number of walls and body members are equal to at least the number of conductors in a. cable being joined together. The connector also includes an outer tubular housing extending around the triangular inner body member and a-shaped outer members. In addition, the connector includes three pair of clamps at each end for fixing and positioning the conductors iii place and in contact with two longitudinally extending conductors, The main problems of this invention are the heat can affect the connector and the fixing of wires inside the connector isn't perfectly.
The EP200 1090 (A2) field on 2008-12-10, the invention relates to a multiple extension cord for communications and power cables formed by at least one electrical cable, one telephone cable and one television antenna cable, an insulating and flexible outer tubular body housing them therein, leaving the fixed end and the free end of each of the cables exposed, and a casing with electrical, telephone and television antenna outlets to which the fixed ends of the cables are connected, the free ends of said cables being couplable to electrical, telephone, and television antenna outlets arranged in an enclosure.
The extension cord can additionally have additional cables such as a SCART connector, an HDMI cable, or additional feeder cables for their connection to a SCART connector socket or an HDMI socket of electronic apparatus.
Notwithstanding the above, it is presently believed that there is a need and a potential commercial market for an improved electrical connector in accordance with the present invention. Also, there is a need for such connectors because they allow a.n individual to make an electrical repair while minimizing the likelihood of electric shock and also reduce the likelihood of a short due to any reason.
Further, the present invention are easy to use, rugged in use, reduce the user's time, any user can use it without previous experience. Also, any kind, and sized of cables are housed in the connector perfectly and we can easily connect and reconnect wires.
So, the present invention solve any problem in the prior arts, and produce an easy way for connection wires together.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention contemplates an electrical power extension cord with multi-connector for joining series of two electric cables together for multi appliances or machines in houses, factories, or in any buildings in the same time and in which the cables each include one, two, or more conductors.
Each of the electrical connector include three or more cylindrical tubular channel longitudinally extending through the connector. The power extension has a main plug connected with multi-connectors by main electric cable to connect multi series of two cables together or connect multiple appliances.

Fig. 1 describes a side of an electrical power extension cord with multi-connector for joining series of two electric cables together.

Fig. 5 describes a perspective view of the connection between main extension cord and the electrical connector.

Fig. 7 describes a perspective view of the plug of the extension cord wherein the cover of the plug is opened.

Fig. ii describes a perspective view of another embodiment of the electrical power extension cord with multi-connector for joining series of two electric cables together or series of any devices.
Detailed description of the invention:
The present invention contemplates an electrical power extension cord with multi-connector for joining series of two electric cables together and also multiple devices, appliances or machines in houses, factories, or in any buildings in the same time and in which the cables each include one, two, or more conductors. The power extension cord has a main plug connected with multi-connectors by main electric cord to connect multi series of two cables together or connect multiple appliances.
According to fig. 1, the power extension cord has a main plug (1) which is connected with multi-connectors (2) by main electric cord (3) to connect multi series of two cables together or connect multiple appliances. The main plug (1) has two or thee terminal pins (6), circuit breaker (5) for safety and for protection, blade cutter (4) to cut the cover of the electric cable, ampere meter (7) to measure the flow current shown in fig. 2 and USB sockets (8) for cellular phone charger (shown in fig. 3). Also, for more protection of the plug there is a fuse (9) (shown in fig. 8).
The multiple electric connectors (2) as in first embodiment of the invention (shown in fig. 4) for joining two electric cables together, consist of lower connector base (24),font and back covers (23) which are opened and closed by screw (25). Also, the connector (2) ha.s three longitudinal cylindrical tubular channels (22) extended through the connector. Through the channels, the insulated conductors are mounted. The channels are divided symmetrically, half of them are housed in the lower base (24) and the other half is mounted in the covers (23). There is a conductive plate as copper (28) housed in the lower half of the channels base (24) to connect the electric wire together. Each channel is colored by different color to reduce the user's time and help him to connect conductors easily.
The two movable covers (23) in the upper of the connector (2) are separated by middle plastic part (29). All channels extended under the plastic part (29) in both sides. There is a clamping member slot (2i) of electrical cables is made of waterproof sponge rubber to clamp, hold and fix the electric cable inside the connector.
In the upper part of each channel (22) housed in covers (23), There is a.
plastic wire pillars pusher (26) to push and press on the insulated conductors inside the lower base part of channels so the a sharp abrasive (27) (made from copper) cut the insulated conductor cover and contact the inner core copper of the insulated conductor. So the current flow inside the cable.
The power extension cord (3) has two, three or more heavy insulated conductors (32) which are extended longitudinal the extension cord (32) as in fig. 5. The main insulated conductors (32) are used to connect multiple connectors (2) by contact the electric passing conductive bridge (31) with the copper channel plates (28). The thickness of the heavy duty insulated conductors (32) is very big to bear the overload.
The blade cutter tool (8) works as clamping tools (shown in fig. 6) to cut the electric wire cover and the user just put the cable in channels (22) and rotate the cable to cut the cover of it and so he can separate the three insulated conductors of the cable and mount them in different channel (22). The cutter tool (8) has a blade (82) and the blade is pressed by a cutter button (81).
The plug (1) according to fig. 7 consists of lower base (12) wherein the heavy duty insulated conductors terminals (ii) are housed in three channels.
The end of the three terminals (1) are housed in three pipes (17) made of conductive material as copper. The three copper pipes has holes (18) wherein the three plastic pillars pusher (16) are go through and push, and clamp the wires inside the pipes (17). So, the sharp abrasive (19) (made from copper shown in fig. 10) cut the insulated conductors terminals (II) cover and contact the inner core copper of the insulated conductor terminals.
The plug cover (13) is opened and closed by the screw (15) where it is housed in the screw slot (14).
in another embodiment of the invention, the electncal power extension cord with multi-connector is used for joining series of any devices as in fig. it.
The user can connect any devices with the power extension cord (3) by using the power socket connector (2'). The power socket connector (2') has base socket (2a) which is divided by middle plastic part (2d). Each side of the base has three pin sockets (2b) to put the plug of any devices in it. The cable of any device is fixed and clamping by cable clamp (2c). so the extension power cable extend to have many series of power socket connectors.
In another embodiment of the invention, the electrical power extension cord with multi-connector is used for joining series of two electric cables together or series of any devices at the same time. The electrical connector either 2 or 2' can connect both electric cables and a plug of a device in the same time by dividing the connector to have one side for joining cables and the other side for connect the plug of any device (not shown in figures).
In another embodiment of the invention, the plug 1 ma.y have two pins and the extension cord have also two or more insulated conductors. Also, the extension power cord is suitable for all types of electrical cable with different sizes. And also it is suitable to connect or join all cables which contains more than three separate insulated conductors. Also, the connector has different shapes.

Claims (1)

  1. Claims: 1-An electrical power extension cord with multi-connector for joining series of two electric cables together in which the cables each include one, two, or more conductors. The said power extension cord with multi-connector has: -Main power plug comprises: two or three terminal pins, circuit breaker for safety and for protection, blade cutter to cut the cover of the electric cable, ampere meter to measure the flow curent, USB sockets for cellular phone charger, for more protection of the plug there is a fuse, and plug movable cover which is opened and closed by the screw where it is housed in the screw slot; -Multi-electrical connectors to connect multi series of two cables together, -Power extension cord ha.s two, three or more heavy insulated conductors which are extended longitudinal the extension cord.
    2-Power plug which is connected with multi-connectors by main electric cord to connect multi series of two cables together or connect multiple appliances. The said power plug consists of: -lower base wherein the heavy duty insulated conductors terminals are housed in three channels. The end of the three terminals are housed in three pipes made of conductive material as copper.-Three copper pipes has holes, -Three plastic pillars pusher are go through the pipes holes to push, and clamp the insulated wires inside the pipes.-Sharp abrasive (made from copper) inside the pipes under the area of holes to cut the insulated conductors terminals cover and contact the inner core copper of the insulated conductor terminals.-Plug movable cover which is opened and closed by the screw where it is housed in the screw slot.-Two or three terminal pins, -Circuit breaker for safety and for protection, -Blade cutter to cut the cover of the electric cable, -Ampere meter to measure the flow current, -USB sockets for cellular phone charger, for more protection of the plug there is a fuse.-Blade cutter tool works as clamping tools to cut the electric wire cover and the user just put the cable in channels and rotate the cable to cut the cover of it and so he can separate the three insulated conductors of the cable and mount them in different channel. The cutter tool has a blade and the blade is pressed by a cutter button.
    3-An electrical power extension cord with multi-connector for joining series of two electric cables together in which the cables each include one, two, or more conductors, The said power extension cord with multi-connector has: -Main power plug comprises: two or three terminal pins, circuit breaker for safety and for protection, blade cutter to cut the cover of the electric cable, ampere meter to measure the flow current, USB sockets for cellular phone charger, for more protection of the plug there is a fuse, and plug movable cover which is opened and closed by the screw where it is housed in the screw slot; -Multi-electrical connectors to connect multi series of two cables together. Sal d Multi -electrical connectors comprise: * Lower base of the connector; * Three longitudinal cylindrical tubular channel extended through the connector. Through the channels, the insulated conductors are housed inside. The channels are divided symmetrically, half of them are housed in the lower base and the other half is mounted in the covers, A conductive material as copper is housed in the half of the channels in the lower base to connect the insulated conductor for both connector sides; * Font and back covers which are in the upper part of the connector; * Screw to open and close the covers; with a rotatable screw head to control the movement of the front and back covers.The screw rotatable head is closed it is mounted inside the cover body; * A holder in the two edges of the middle plastic part to easily hold the two covers and smoothly open and close them * Middle plastic part between the two covers; * A plastic pillars pusher housed in the cover to push and press on the insulated conductors inside the lower part of channels; Sharp abrasive (made from copper)housed in the lower part of channels to cut the insulated conductor cover and contact the inner core copper of the insulated conductor. So the current flow inside the cable; and -Power extension cord has two, three or more heavy insulated conductors which are extended longitudinal the extension cord.
    4-According to claim 3, the front and back covers are opened and closed by the screw, and the front cover is opened in the opposite direction of the back cover. This opposite direction helps the user for easy use and save his time.
    5-According to claim 3, The power extension cord ha.s two, three or more heavy insulated conductors which are extended longitudinal the extension cord, The main insulated conductors are used to connect multiple connectors by contact the electric pa.ssing conductive bridge with the copper channel plates. The thickness of the heavy duty insulated conductors is very big to bear the overload.
    6-According to claim land 3, the connector has different shapes and suitable for joining different sizes of electrical cables.
    7-According to above claims, each channel is colored by different color to reduce the user's time and help him to connect conductors easily.

The said power socket connector comprises: * Power socket ba.se which is divided by middle plastic pail.* Three pin sockets in each side of the base to put the plug of any devices in it.* Cable clamping to fix and clamp the cable of any devices -Power extension cord has two, three or more heavy insulated conductors which are extended longitudinal the extension cord.lO-An electrical power extension cord with multi-connector for joining series of two electric cables together in which the cables each include one, two, or more conductors or for joining series of any devices in the same time, The said power extension cord with multi-connector has: -Main power plug comprises: two or three terminal pins, circuit breaker for safety and for protection, blade cutter to cut the cover of the electric cable, ampere meter to measure the flow current, USB sockets for cellular phone charger, for more protection of the plug there is a fuse, and plug movable cover which is opened and closed by the screw where it is housed in the screw slot; -Multi-electrical power connector to connect multiple devices together or two cables together. The said power connector comprises: * Power connector base which is divided by middle plastic part.* Three pin sockets in one side of the base to put the plug of any devices in it with cable clamping to fix and clamp the cable of any devices.* The other side is a connector for joining electrical cable. A said connector comprises: lower base, three longitudinal cylindrical tubular channel extended this side, Through the channels, the insulated conductors are housed inside, cover which is in the upper part, screw to open and close the covers with a rotatable screw head to control the movement of the cover, plastic pillars pusher housed in the cover to push and press on the insulated conductors inside the lower part of channels, sharp abrasive (made from copper)housed in the lower part of channels to cut the insulated conductor cover and contact the inner core copper of the insulated conductor. So the cun-ent flow inside the cable; -Power extension cord has two, three or more heavy insulated conductors which are extended longitudinal the extension cord.
