Abstract

249,459. M³ller, A. March 23. 1925. [Convention date]. Percussive tools.-The actuating spring 10 are compressed against a fixed abutment 4 by the action of a cam 1 rotated by a pinion 5, and the cam is so shaped that the angle of inclination of its lifting surface varies in such a manner that the torque to be overcome by the driving member remains practically constant. In the Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a), the particular embodiment described is illustrated by Fig. 1 (Cancelled), wherein the cam 1 engages a driver G attached to the striker. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
