Abstract

A disposable electronic cigarette comprises a shell 1, a suction hole 2 located at one end of the shell, and an internally installed smoke liquid atomizer 3 located towards the other end of the shell. The smoke liquid atomizer 3 has an opening 9 and an electric heater 5. A smoke liquid capsule 6 is provided between the smoke liquid atomizer 3 and the suction hole 2, the smoke liquid capsule 6 having a siphon conductor 8 at the end near the smoke liquid atomizer 3. The siphon conductor 8 is in communication with the smoke liquid capsule 6 at one end, and the electric heater 5 at the other end, wherein the distance between the siphon conductor 8 and the electric heater 5 is less than or equal to 3mm. The siphon conductor 8 may be a siphon drain wire. The smoke liquid capsule 6 may be provided with a cap 7, with the siphon conductor 8 being installed through the cap. The siphon conductor 8 may be made of a liquid conducting material, as may the cap 7. The shell 1 may be threaded at the end where the smoke liquid atomizer 3 is installed, for attachment to a power supply housing which includes a battery 10. Alternatively, the shell 1 and power supply housing may be integrally formed.

The present invention relates to a disposable electronic cigarette, which is specifically, a simplified economical disposable electronic cigarette and its disposable atomizer set.

Since the technology of electronic simulation cigarette production has been well developed, it has been increasingly used in a wide range of applications. However, the electronic cigarette products being sold in the current market got the issues of complicated structure, resulting in higher manufacturing costs and selling prices.

These inventions are conducive to expanding the customers' range of electronic cigarette as the prices can be accepted by more consumers.
The present invention achieved the above aims through the following technical solutions: including the shell, a suction hole is set at one end of the shell, is characterized in term of the following features: at the other end of the shell internally installed smoke liquid atomizer, on the smoke liquid atomizer Opened an airway hole, in the Smoke liquid atomizer installed electric heater, between the smoke liquid atomizer and the suction holes installed a smoke liquid capsuie within the shell, the smoke liquid capsule set with siphon conductor at the end which near the smoke liquid atomizer, the siphon conductor is connecting with the smoke liquid capsule with one end set in the capsule, and is connecting or closing to the electric heater by the other end, when the other end of the siphon conductor is contacting or closing to the electric heater, the space between the siphon conductor and the electric heater is less than or equal to 3mm. The said siphon conductor is a siphon drain wire. The said smoke liquid capsule is set up with a cap at one end which near the smoke liquid atomizer, siphon drain wire is installed on the cap. The said siphon conductor is. made of siphon liquid conducting material and is the cap which completely sealing the smoke liquid capsule. The shell is mounted threaded pattern on the outer shell at the end where the smoke liquid atomizer is installed. The end of the shell where installed the smoke liquid atomizer is integrally formed with the power supply housing, within in the power supply housing installed power supply.
The advantages of the present invention are: kept the basic functions of the electronic cigarette, meanwhile invented a simplified the internal structure and reduced the cost of production; expanded the customers' range of electronic cigarette by making the prices more acceptable for more consumers. Its benefits also include lower difficulty level to io process and simple production steps.

According to the present invention, the smoke liquid atomizer 3 and the smoke liquid capsule 6 are connected or closing through siphon conductor and sealed in the shell 1 when being produced. Compared with the existing electronic cigarette products, there is no need for the present invention to replace the smoke liquid capsules 6, no need to puncture the smoke liquid capsule with puncture tool, thus invented the simplifying the internal structure and reducing production costs to expand the range of electronic cigarette sales and to make the price of electronic cigarette products more acceptable for consumers. And make the electronic cigarette and its atomizer set become disposable. Meanwhile, the invention also solved the problem of the existing smoke liquid capsule which is less tightness after being punctured. The siphon conductor is fixed the smoke liquid capsule. In addition to siphon conductor derived smoke liquid, there is no chance of liquid leaking from the smoke liquid capsule.
This benefit can extend the effective use of time for smoke liquid capsule 6, at the same time it can keep smoke Liquid stay in pure and prevent smoke liquid being contaminated.
According to the present invention, the said siphon conductor may be a variety of shapes. For example, the said siphon conductor is a siphon drain wire (8). When installed, the siphon drain wire (8) fixed on and into the smoke liquid capsule (6) and contacted the interior of the smoke liquid capsule 6, the smoke liquid capsule 6 is completely sealed at this moment. The siphon drain wire (8) is contacting or closing to the electric heater 5. When the electric heater 5 is heating, the heat radiation can atomize the smoke liquid on the siphon drain wire (8) where near the electric heater 5.

According to the present invention, the siphon conductor also can be a variety of other shapes. The end of the smoke liquid capsule 6 where towards the cap (7) is opened. The cap 7 can seal the smoke liquid capsule 6 completely. The cap 7 is contacting or closing to the electric heater 5. When the electric heater heating, the heat radiation can atomize the smoke liquid in the cap 7, the cap 7 continually exporting the smoke liquid from the smoke liquid capsule (6). At this time, the smoke liquid exporting faster and produce larger amount of vapor.
According to the present invention, in order to lower the difficulty level to process and to simplify the production, the said siphon conduction is siphon drain wire (8), the smoke liquid capsule 6 is sep up with a cap 7 where near the smoke liquid atomizer. The material can be both siphon liquid material and non-siphon common material. When installed the cap 7 on the smoke liquid capsule 6, the cap7 and the smoke liquid capsule 6 can be produced separately. It is not necessary to form in one go, thus to lower the difficulty level to process.
The present invention can be sold as an independent product-disposable electronic cigarette atomizer set. It also can be sold with other components such as the electronic cigarette atomizer set and power supply and form an independent product-disposable electronic cigarette. When the present invention is being sold as an independent product, the shell 1 can be mounted threaded pattern on the outer shell at the end where the smoke liquid atomizer 3 is installed. When the present invention is being sold with other components such as electronic cigarette power supply as a whole disposable electronic cigarette, the end of the shell 2 where installed the smoke liquid atomizer 3 is integrally formed with the power supply housing, thus within in the power supply housing installed power supply, thus become a complete electronic cigarette product which can be used independently, power supply 10 is installed inside the power supply housing.
