Coating materials in long lengths.-In an apparatus for applying cement to part of a strip, the strip, prior to passing over a driven roller 24 dipping into the cement, passes through a folder 28, which turns back one edge. After being coated, the strip passes under an opening roller, after which it is dried and rolled into a reel 30.
