Abstract

A toy comprises a reservoir 22 to receive a liquid therein and an atomiser 48 to atomise the liquid and emit the atomised liquid 60 therefrom to provide a visual effect. The emission of the atomised liquid is provided in combination with any of the illumination of light sources, generation of audible sound and/or drive means to move the toy, with the operation of the same provided in a controlled predetermined synchronised manner so as to enhance the visual effect of the emission of the atomised liquid. Also disclosed is a toy with a water atomisation control means which is activated when water is introduces thereto to complete an electrical circuit.
