Abstract

Each road vehicle in the system uses GPS satnav to determine its position and transmits this via a transponder (transceiver) to other participating vehicles, along with a unique identity, via a satellite. All vehicles receive the position of other vehicles and display this on a battery-powered display screen on the vehicle dashboard, and can warn the driver if other vehicles are close, so as to avoid damage and injury.. The device is helpful in identifying vehicles around a blind curve, corner, dip in the road and the like.

Description

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
The following drawings further describe by illustration the advantages and objects of the present invention. FIG.1. is a perspective view of the present invention: Clearview Please note the following illustrations are a guide only as the invention is intended to be incorparated into each Satellite Navigation unit.Wheather it be a portable unit or incorparated into the vehicle's audio system.
SPECIFICATIONS
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
This invention relates generally to the field of apparatus with the following purpose or function: Concept relates to a method and device for a vehicle transponder apparatus. Moreover it pertains specifically to such apparatus with the following general description: The present invention relates to a vehicle position information system. The present invention in particular relates to a method and device using a transponder in providing information and/or warnings to the driver of a vehicle about other proximate vehicles as it travels along a road. A transponder is affixed to the vehicle for sending and receiving the position information of other vehicles. The vehicles have a unique number/code that is transmitted to a satellite. The position information of the other proximate road users are received by the transponder and displayed in a screen affixed to the vehicle dashboard.
The said screen enables occupants of the vehicle to view the position of other proximate vehicles, so as to avoid damage and injury. The present method and device can be implemented in all vehicles and efficiently used while traveling in minor roads that have blind bends/curves/dips.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Referring now descriptively to the drawings, the attached figures illustrate a Clearview. Figure 1 illustrates: Clearview according to the present invention: The present invention relates to a vehicle position information system.
The present invention relates to a method and device for a vehicle transponder system for providing the position information of vehicles traveling along a road. The present invention comprises a transponder and a transportable on-board display device. The in-built transponder present in the vehicle sends and receives signals on the position and movement of other proximate vehicles. The said display device is a battery powered System using GPS or a satellite navigation system incorporated with a transponder designated code. The said display device is placed on the vehicle dashboard. The designated code is a unique number for every unit for identifying a particular vehicle, wherein the said code is sent to the central traffic control managing server/satellite for acquiring the position information of other vehicles. The acquired position information of other proximate road users is displayed in the screen of the on-board display device. By viewing the display device the driver of the vehicle is made aware of other proximate vehicles. The device is helpful in identifying vehicles around a blind curve, corner, dip in the road and the like.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
In view of the limitations now present in the prior art, the present invention provides a new and useful method, which is simpler in construction, more universally usable and more versatile in operation than known apparatus of this kind.
The purpose of the present invention is to provide new and novel features not extrapolated in prior art; hence resulting in a new concept which is not apparent, obvious, or suggested, either directly or indirectly by any of the prior art apparatus.
Purpose or Function: Concept relates to a method and device for a vehicle transponder apparatus.
Physical Description: The present invention relates to a method and device for a vehicle transponder system for providing the position information of vehicles traveling along a road.
The foregoing has outlined, in general, the physical aspects of the invention and is to serve as an aid to better understanding the more complete detailed description, which is to follow. In reference to such, there is to be a clear understanding that the present invention is not limited to the method or detail of construction, fabrication, material, or application of use described and illustrated herein. Any other variation of fabrication, use, or application should be considered apparent as an alternative embodiment of the present invention.
