FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a mower brake device.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
A mower is a common electric planting tool, which uses a motor as the driving device, and works through a work spindle provided with a blade and driven by a strap or a gear. If it is required to stop the mower during operation, the power supply will have to be cut off first, however the blade and the work spindle will still run are at a high speed for a period of time under the action of inertia. Hence, the safety requirements cannot be satisfied, and even serious personal injuly may be resulted. The blade is required in the design indexes to stop running within 3-5 seconds after the power supply is cut off. Therefore, all the manufacturers install a brake device on the mowers.
A mower brake device currently in the market is generally installed on a motor spindle, which has the following shortcomings: 1. The motor spindle has to be lengthened lengthways for installation of the brake device, thus making the structural design difficult; 2. with the motor spindle rotating much faster than the work spindle, the brake device installed at the end of the motor spindle will accelerate abrasion of a friction lining and thus shorten service life of the friction lining; and 3. with the brake device installed on the motor spindle, a transmission gear will be brought into a stressed state during brake operation, which will not only make the transmission gear easily damaged, but also worsen the brake effect.
CONTENTS OF THE INVENTION
The purpose of the invention is to provide a power tool, which is installed on the work spindle of the planting tool, being advantageous in such aspects as simple structure, high safety, good brake effect, and long service life.

The installation chamber is also open at the outer end; the turning wheel is fixedly provided with a bearing plate at the position corresponding to the outer opening of the installation chamber; and part of the bearing plate is stretched into outer end of the installation chamber and tightly pressing the outer end of the elastic member.
The support includes a connection ring that is sleeved around the work spindle and stretched downwards into the upper part of the turning wheel, the turning wheel being fixed on the work spindle at the lower part, the brake ring being sleeved around and fixed on the connection ring; and the work spindle is installed at the upper part in the support and the connection ring thereof via a first bearing and a second bearing.
The motor spindle is at the lower end stretched out of the support and fixedly provided with a small turning wheel; a driving belt is sleeved around the small turning wheel and the turning wheel; and the motor spindle drives the turning wheel to rotate via the small turning wheel and the driving belt.
The second purpose of the present invention is to provide a planting tool with the above-mentioned brake device, which is advantageous in such aspects as simple structure, high safety, good brake effect, and long service life.
A technical solution of the planting tool with the above-mentioned brake device is as below: The planting tool includes a blade driven by tail end of the work spindle, the installation chamber being positioned protuberantly from the top surface of the turning wheel and below the support.
The third purpose of the present invention is to provide a lawn mower comprising: a support provided with a motor and a work spindle, a turning wheel being fixed on the work spindle, a motor spindle driving the turning wheel to rotate, a blade driven by tail end of the work spindle; characterized in that: a brake ring, fixed on the support, is sleeved around the work spindle and stretched into the turning wheel; on the turning wheel is formed at least one installation chamber, inside which are positioned an elastic member that can move along radial direction of the brake ring as well as a brake pad that is positioned at one end of the elastic member and is able to move towards or away from the brake ring with the movement of the elastic member; during work operation, centrifugal force of the brake pad is bigger than pressure of the elastic member, and thus the brake pad will be separated from the brake ring; and during brake operation, the centrifugal force of the brake pad is smaller than the pressure of the elastic member, and thus the brake pad will be brought into contact with the brake ring.
Said brake pad extends partially out of the installation chamber.
The present invention has the following advantages: 1. The present invention, with the brake device being transferred from the motor spindle to the work spindle, not only facilitates the structural design, but also improves the brake effect.
2. The work spindle rotates much slower than the motor spindle after being decelerated with the small turning wheel, the driving belt and the turning wheel, and thus the present invention can prolong service life of the friction lining.
3. The present invention, after the motor being switched off, will get the rotational speed decreased under the action of various resistances, with the centrifugal force of the brake pad being also decreased; when the centrifugal force is smaller than the pressure of the elastic member, the brake pad will be brought into contact with the brake ring, and the rotational speed decreased rapidly under the action of friction, thus realizing fast brake.
