Abstract

Toilet having a ventilation duct in the rim located above the flush duct. Ventilation duct and flush duct are in communication via apertures. The ventilation duct is connected to a ventilator to draw off malodor. The ventilation duct can also be used to inject a detergent into the bowl when flushing.
