Abstract

Food mixer cleaning apparatus for cleaning the interior of a food mixing bowl comprises a support ring for fitting to the food mixing bowl around a rim of the food mixing bowl or within the food mixing bowl near the mouth of the food mixing bowl, and mounting thereto at least one spray nozzle assembly for delivering cleaning fluid under pressure within the interior of the food mixing bowl.
