Abstract

A golf tee anchor comprises a weight 2 attached to one or more strings 3. The strings 3 have gripping means 4 at their free ends in which golf tees 5 may be held. The weight is preferably attached to two strings 3. The weight may be various shapes, and the grips may be flexible and/or resilient in order to grip golf tees of varying shapes and sizes. In use, the golf tees 5 remain in the grips when struck with a golf club, thus preventing golf tees from being lost.

Description

The Tee Saver This invention relates to not losing your golf tee, When a golfer tees off, in a game of golf, their tee can be thrown forwards, backwards, be pushed into the ground or even lost.
To overcome this, the present invention proposes a grip, where a golf tee can be securely placed, attached to string that has a weight acting as an anchor on the other end.
The tee placed in the grip will make sure that the tee is not thrown or lost and if the tee is pushed into the ground it can be easily retrieved by pulling it out with the string.
Preferably, there will be more than one string and grip attached to the weight for different golf tees and golf shots Preferably, the weight will be different designs and shapes.
Preferably, the grips and strings will be made of something strong and flexible.
Preferably, the grips will fit all types of golf tee.
Preferably, the grips will be small, as to create no obstruction to the golfer.
Preferably, the strings will be long enough, as to create no obstruction to the golfer.
Preferably, the grips will return to their original size and shape when a golf tee is removed.
An example of the invention will now be described by referring to the accompanying drawings: Figure 1 shows the Tee Saver Figure 2 shows the different parts of the Tee saver, with different golf tees in the grips.
Figure 3 shows the golf tee being thrown forwards after the golf ball is hit.
Figure 4 shows the golf tee being thrown backwards after the golf ball is hit.
Figure 5 shows the golf tee in the Tee Saver, next to the golfer, after the golf ball is hit.
Figure 6 shows the golf tee pushed into the ground after the golf ball has been hit.
Figure 7 shows the golfer retrieving the golf tee that has been pushed into the ground, using the Tee saver.
The Tee Saver 1 is a weight 2 that acts like an anchor attached to one or more strings 3 on one end with grips 4 at the other end of each string designed to tightly grip all shapes and sizes of golf tee 5. The weight will keep the golf tee next to the golfer 6 after the golfer hits the golf ball 7 with the golf club 8. The Tee saver will help the golfer retrieve their golf tee from the ground 9.

  1. Claims 1. A weight to hold a golf tee, the golf tee being held by a grip, which is attached to the weight by string.
  2. 2. A weight to hold a golf tee according to claim 1, in which the weight has one or more strings with grips.
