Abstract
The invention relates to a tap head designed to change water flowing from the tap head to run or spray. The tap head may comprise a control disk 2, a sprinkle/running disk 3 and a holding disk 4. The holding disk accommodates the other two disks within itself and helps connect the unit to a tap end by means of an external thread 4T. The control disk and sprinkle/running disk are made with the same pattern of alternative open and closed portions, except the sprinkle/running disk has a series of small holes 3H on its closed portions. Water runs when the open portion 2G of the control disk is facing the open portion 3J of the sprinkle/running disk, otherwise water will pass through the small holes in the sprinkle/running disk and exit as a spray. The holding disk and control disk are fixed and don't rotate at any time, whereas the sprinkle/running disk rotates with the help of a Lever 3K.

INTRODUCTION
Budget Tap Head My invention helps to serve water in the household and other places. In the existing system the water managed and controlled up to the tap end. My invention called "BUDGET TAP HEAD" starts its function from the tap end.
The water tap that we are using in million of homes in UK and in many other countries, runs the water with no difference in flow whether its for filling up or washing up work, specially in kitchen sink.
Budget Tap Head change the water flow to spray or run. Running mode helps to fill up e.g. kettle and the spraying mode helps in washing, this serves the water and time.
Budget Tap Head can be purchase separately in different sizes for different taps end. So that it can be fixed on to a tap end in one minute. it is cheaper, compare to spending on water bill, and is environment friendly.

DESCRIPTION
Budget Tap Head As mentioned in the introduction, water flow can be change by Budget Tap Head. The Budget Tap Head designed with three main disks, as drawn in Figure II; Control Disk (2), Sprinkle/Running Disk (3) and Holding Disk (4). These disks help change the water flow to run or spray.
Holding Disk accommodates the Sprinkle/Running Disk and Control Disk within. The External Threads (Figure I, 4T) on Holding Disk helps to connect the Budget Tap Head unit to a tap end (Figure IV).
HO WIT WORKS? Water flow change by Sprinkle/Running Disk, and water flow is control by Control Disk. Figure TTT, object 3 and 6 explain the appearance of Budget Tap Head in two different modes. Once the Budget Tap Head connected on to a tap end (Figure IV) and the water is turned on, the water enters in to the Main Chamber (Figure V, 9) of the Budget Tap Head unit. Then the water travel through the Control Open (Figure I, 2G) of Control Disk, depend on, weather the Sprinkle Head (Figure I, 3H) or Running Head (Figure I, 3J) face the Control Open (Figure I, 2G) of Control Disk, the water will spray or run out of the unit respectively.
Locking Rubber (Figure II, 1) Locking Rubber (Figure II, 1) keeps the Control Disk closer to Sprinkle/Running Disk at all times by locking itself into Carved Chamber (Figure I, 3N) on the Axis (Figure I, 3M). When the device is in use running water also pushes the Control Disk towards to Sprinkle/Running Disk. Locking Rubber is a good choice when the unit to be dismantle for maintenance when some cleaning needed.
Control Disk (Figure II, 2) Control Disk does not rotate at any time. The Half Circle Nudge (Figure I, 2C), which is on the top Horizontal Sleeve (Figure I, 2F) is to sets into the Internal Vertical Channel (Figure I, 4R) of Holding Disk for stopping Control Disk for its rotation. Top Horizontal Sleeve (Figure I, 2F) limits the space in between Control Disk and Sprinkle/Running Disk (Figure II, 3) by sitting itself on the Vertical Wall (Figure I, 3L) of the Sprinkle/Running Disk.
PAGE: 3 c Syrinkle/Runnin Disk (Figure II, 3) To change the water flow to run or spray, Sprinkle/Running Disk has to be rotated with the help of Turning Lever (Figure I, 3K). When the disk is rotated, the Sprinkle Head (Figure, 3H) or Running Head (Figure I, 3J) will be facing the Control Open (Figure I, 2G) of the Control Disk, which will change the flowing water to spray or run respectively out of unit. Axis (Figure I, 3M) accommodates Opening (Figure 1, 2B) of Control Disk, for keep the Control Disk and Sprinkle/Running Disk together. The Carved Chamber (Figure I, 3N), which is on the Axis (Figure I, 3M) accommodate the Locking Rubber (Figure I, 1).
Holding Disk (Figure II, 4) Holding Disk (Figure TT, 4) accommodate Sprinkle/Running Disk and Control Disk within itself, to make unit as whole one piece. Holding Disk also connects the whole unit to the tap end with its External Thread (Figure, 4T). Lever Nudge (Figure I, 4U) limits the rotation of Turning Lever. Holding Sleeve (Figure I, 4S) stops Sprinkle/Running Disk and Control Disk from falling apart while the Internal Vertical Channel (Figure I, 4R) accommodate Half Circle Locking Nudge (Figure, 2C) of the Control Disk in to itself.
