Abstract

A series of bags are arranged on an endless belt conveyor. Bags on one side of the device are filled with water, and a compression roller at the bottom of the device is intended to force water out of the lowermost bag, through a series of valves, to the top, empty bag on that side. The inventor believes that this requires no additional energy, and that the device will be able to provide energy.

Description

DESCRIPTION
ECO POWER MODUEL SERIES 2.
THIS INVENTION IS DESIGNED AS A MECHANICAL TRANSFER SYSTEM
WHICH USES BAG SECTIONS, iNTERCONNECTED TO FORM A CONVEYOR DRIVE BELT, TO ROTATE LARGE, MAiN TRACKED ROLLERS, THIS MECHANICAL TRANSFER DESIGNS CONSTRUCTION, ALLOWS THIS DESIGN THE CAPABILITY, TO TRANSFER, WATER, FROM BOTTOM EXPANDED SECTION, DIRECT VIA DUCTS UP TO TOP EMPTY SECTION AS A CONTINUOUS CYCLE, THE WATER FILLED SECTIONS PROVIDE THE DOWN FORCE iN WEIGHT TO ROTATE CONVEYOR DRIVE BELT, WATER IS TRANSFERRED FROM BOTTOM SECTION TO TOP SECTION WA DUCTS, CONTROLLED BY
VALVE SEQUENCE TO OPEN AND CLOSE VALVES BY SIGNALS CODERS
MOUNTED ON MAIN FRAME, BY USING WATER FILLED SECTIONS AS A DOWN FORCE TO ROTATE, THIS MECHANICAL TRANSFER DESIGN, UTILISES THE WEIGHT OF THE FULL SECTIONS, AS THE FORCE TO ROTATE, TO TRANSFER WATER FROM BOTTOM FULL SECTION, DIRECT
TO TOP EMPTY SECTION AS A REPLACEMENT FULL SECTION IN A
CONTiNUOUS CYCLE, THIS DESIGNS COMPRESSION ROLLER PROVIDES TIlE INTERNAL PRESSURE, TO LIFT TO TRANSFER WATER, VIA DUCTS, TO EMPTY BAG SECTIONS, WHEN WATER BAG VALVES ARE OPENED.
THIS DESIGNS COMPRESSION ROLLER ASSEMBLE IS SUPPLIES
LEVERAGE FROM LARGE ROLLER, TO ROTATE CONVEYOR DRIVE BELTS, WATER FILLED SECTIONS, THROUGH COMPRESSION ROLLER
ASSEMBLY THE INTERNAL PRESSURE BY COMPRESSION ROLLER
ASSEMBLY, TRANSFER WATER FROM BAG AND DUCTS, OF THAT SECTION, BY COMPRESSION ROTATION, TO TOP EMPTY SECTION VIA DUCTS, ALL SECTIONS HAVE THE ABILITY TO EXPAND AS
INDEPENDENT UNITS SUPPLIED BY EXPANDING VALVE BRIDGE
CONNECTIONS, THERE ARE NO OPPOSITION PRESSURE TO EXPANSION, THIS DESIGN HAS THE MECHANICAL ABILITIES, TO TRANSFER WATER AS A CONTINUOUS CYCLE, BY THE MECHANICAL PRINCIPLES, OF A VALVES TIMING OPENING AND CLOSING IN SEQUENCE, SUPPLIED BY USING A TRACKED CONVEYOR DRIVE BELT DESIGN, WATER IS TRANSFERRED VIA WATER DUCTS, BY COMPRESSION ROLLER ASSEMBLY ROTATION, NEWTON'S LAWS STATE ALL MECHANICAL DESIGNS REQUIRE AN EXTERNAL FORCE UPON MASS TO PRODUCE MOVEMENT, WATER IS THIS DESIGNS EXTERNAL FORCE TO ROTATE PROVIDED BY GRAVITY, WATER IS A NATURAL SUBSTANCE YOU CAN SEE AND USE, AS GRAVITY OR A CAN NOT BE SEEING, THEY STILL EXIST IN OUR ATMOSPHERE, ALL NATURAL POWER SOURCES, WHEN ADAPTED BY MECHANICAL MEANS, CAN NOT BE COUNTRY TO NATURAL PHYSICS,
AS WIND IS USED AS THE EXTERNAL FORCE TO ROTATE TURBINE
BLADES BY MECHANICAL MEANS, I WILL EXPLAIN THIS DESIGN MECHANICAL ABILITY'S TO TRANSFER WATER, IN A CONTINUOUS CYCLE, IN REFERENCE TO DRAWING NO 1 THIS MECHANICAL INVENTION IS CONSTRUCTED WITH MAIN FRAME, LARGE MAIN TRACKED ROLLERS, INTERCONNECTED BY DOUBLE DRIVE BELT, ATTACHED TO DRIVE BELT ARE SEPARATE S WATER BAG SECTIONS, WHICH CONSIST OF INNER AND OUTER SKIN, WITH EXPANDABLE WATER DUCTS MOULDED IN THEIR CONSTRUCTION, WATER BAGS, INSERT BETWEEN DOUBBLE SKINS SECTIONS WHICH 1NTERLINK TO VALVE SECTION, THIS DESIGN USES A DOUBLE VALVE CONTROL FIRST VALVE ( REF B V)( BAG VALVE) THIS CONTROL'S WATER IN AND OUT OF BAG ONLY, SECOND IS THE EXPANDING VALVE BRIDGE SECTION, THIS ALLOWS BAG SECTIONS TO EXPAND AS INDIVIDUAL UNITS WHICH CONNECTS TO NEXT SECTION ( REF D V) (DUCT VALVE) THIS VALVE CONTROL'S WATER FLOW DIRECT TO DUCTS AND BAG SECTIONS, WHEN TOP DUCT VALVE IS CLOSED AND LOWER BAG VALVE IS OPEN WATER FILLS UP THAT BAG SECTION, ALL
SECTIONS ARE CONNECTED TO DRIVE BELT TO FORM A CONVEYOR
DRIVE BELT DESIGN, WHICH ROTATES, MAIN TRACKED ROLLERS, AND COMPRESSION ROLLER, TO START ROTATION (REF No 1 DRAWING SHOWS, 5 FULL SECTIONS ONE TOP EMPTY SECTION, VALVES ARE OPENED AND CLOSED IN SEQUENCE 1/ OPEN NO 6 BAG VALVE ( OBV Nol/) 2/OPEN No 6 DUCT VALVE ( ODV No 2/) 3/ OPEN No I BAG VALVE (OBV No3/) WATER WILL NOW FILL No 6 BAG SECTION AS No 11 BAG SECTION ROTATES BETWEEN COMPRESSION ROLLER ASSEMBLE, REF DRAWING NO 2/ WHEN ALL WATER IS TRANSFERRED FROM SECTION NO 1/ VIA DUCTS DIRECT TO SECTION NO 6/ No 6 BAG VALVE IS CLOSED BY (CBV No 4) NO 1 BAG VALVE IS CLOSED BY ( CBV No 5) NO 11 DUCT VALVE IS CLOSED BY ( CDV No 6)THIS MECHANICALLY ALLOWS TRANSFER AS A CONTINUOUS CYCLE, THIS DESIGN
USES PUSH PULL SOLENOIDS TO OPERATE VALVES OPENING AND
CLOSING IN SEQUENCE, INSERTED IN VALVE CHAMBERS (5) (DV) AND (S) (BV)
