Abstract

The apparatus consists of two sheets of solid clear perspex the top sheet being thinner than the bottom. They are both the same size. The bottom sheet consists of a series of cut out embossing grooves. The top sheet is the same but the grooves are cut all the way through to form slots. There is a hinge at one end of the sheets. The top slots match the grooves in the bottom sheet to allow an embossing tool to be pressed through and emboss a card which is placed between the sheets.

Description

The design consists of two sheets of clear perspex.
They are both the same size, 30cm x 15cm approx.
The bottom sheet consists of a series of cut out embossing grooves.
The top sheet is the same but the grooves are cut all the way through to form slots.
There is a hinge at one end of the sheets.
The top slots match the grooves in the bottom sheet to allow an embossing tool to be pressed through and emboss a card which is placed between the sheets.
This is a design for embossing card or paper that because it is clear perspex top and bottom allows you to position your work ex-actly where you want it to be embossed.
Current designs are either coloured or only clear on one side and emboss on to a hard sponge back.

  1. Claims This is a design for embossing card or paper that because it is clear Perspex top and bottom allows you to position your work exactly where you want it to be embossed.
