Emulsions, making.-According to the parent Specification, emulsions of medicaments soluble in oil are made by dissolving the medicament in an oil which has been brought by partial halogenization to a specific gravity substantially equal to that of the emulsifying liquid which is subsequently added. According to the present invention, the medicament may be omitted or may be replaced by a substance, other than a medicament, mixible with oil, which substance is added to the halogenized oil so as to produce a mixture of the same specific gravity as the emulsifying liquid. Examples of the process are given.
