Abstract

A portable adjustable golf practice net 8A,8B and platform 7 is disclosed. The arrangement includes a cross-section 3 and upright telescopic poles 4,5. The net is attached to the platform via an eyehole screw attachment 18. In use, the arrangement may be slid from a full closed position to a fully open position. The attachment of the net to the platform provides the arrangement with additional stability.

This invention relates to golf practice.o Eveiy golfer knows-that to be good at golf-one needs to practice.

And to have your own practice net One that is portable and adjustable -Erect it indoors or outdoors.

One that stands -independant to any other structure.

What could be better.

This portable and adjustable practice net and platform has a unique built in function.

A eyehole screw attachment-in the form of a block and eyehole screw.

Is screwed to the platform and the lower section of the main structure is passed through the eyeholes to marry the structure to the platform.

This will enable the golfer to slide the whole structure from fully closed to fully opened.

Fully opened it stands -7ft long x7ft high x 6ft wide.

Using this teleschopic function will enable the golfer to practice with every club in the bag.

The whole embodiment of this practice net-can be seen in fig-I-it consist of a lot of differant lengths of tube and netting. 2.

The tube can be made from metal or plastic.

And the netting can be made from nylon or other synthetic material.

The platform is made of plywood-to give it sufficient weight-needed to give stability to the structure.

Claim--This portable-adjustable golf practice net and platform has a unique built-in function.

A eyehole screw attachment-in the form of a block and eyehole screw.--Is screwed to the platform and the lower section of the main structure is passed through the eyeholes to marry the structure to the platform.

This will enable the golfer to slide the whole structure, from fully closed -to fully opened It stands at 7ft long. 7ft high and 611 wide.

When the golfer starts a practice session, He-or-she starting with the wedge, nine and eight irons.--the angle of attack is hitting down through the back of the ball.-this will cause the ball to rise quickly, and will be captured high-up on the net.

So the net will need to be close to the platform.

Working his-or-her way through the long irons-and the fairway woods--the angle of attact becomes more shallow, a sweeping action.

The net will need to be fully extended.

The ball will then hit the centre of the net..

This teleschopic effect will enables the golfer to slide the net to any required position Using the anchor strap to secure that position will enable the golfer to pratcise different golf shots with every club in the bag.
