Abstract

A crash bar is mounted to a motorcycle such that it wraps around the speedometer dial and other instruments to protect the instruments from damage if the motorcycle falls over. A flat plate attached to the crash bar provides a surface on which a learner driver sign (L-plate) can be mounted. The crash bar fits most motorcycles without fairings.

Description

Motorcycle Clock protector
Background
After running a motorcycle training scheme for many years and having to repair or replace, speedometers and rev counters, together with new L Plates, (that are normally mounted on the fort leg of the bike) after the bike had been dropped.
I came up with the idea of a crash bar, that wraps around the clocks and gives you some ware to mount your L Plate.
See photo below.
This product will fit most un fared motorcycles and protect the clocks from minor accidents.
