Description
Customise your own footwear.
Background
When people go on holiday or travel, they often have to take several pairs of shoes which take up a lot of space in the luggage.
Statement of Invention
This invention enables consumer to create their own footwear by interchanging a range of uppers with soles/bases. So that when going on holiday, they only need to take one pair of soles (bases) and a range of flat-packed uppers which match different outfits. This saves a lot of space.
Consumers purchase the base (sole) of the shoes (available in a range of colours and designs, including heel height). The uppers are purchased separately and come in a range of colours, designs and material -a range of uppers will fit a range of bases (soles).
Advantage When travelling, instead of having to take six pairs of shoes you can take one pair and customise it to match all your different outfits! As well as being practical, this is also a fun way to create your own unique pair of shoes.

Each sole will have a series of holes arotmdthe top edge (e.g. 3-5 on each side ibr mu1es) where the upper part of the shoe will slot into, each fastening inserted into the hole and twisted toy in place 2.
Different individual uppers 3 will be purchased to slot into the shoe sole -they come flat-packed. Each upper will have corresponding stcnings (leather/canvas to wood) to the soles. Soles and uppers are interchangeable with each other for each style.
They will come in a variety of colours (e.g. .black, white, turquoise), materials (e.g canvas, leather) and styles (e.g. buckle, plain, sequined).
