An emergency windscreen wiper arrangement comprises rubber suction pads 2 that secure the unit to the exterior of the vehicle, an electric motor 1 driven by the car battery using a plug 6 the fits into the cigarette lighter of the vehicle and a telescopic windscreen wiper arm 9.
