Abstract

A sink, bath, basin or shower that has two apertures each aperture is connected to a waste pipe and can accommodate a conventional plug. One of the waste pipes diverts water to a water conservation system and the other diverts water to the sewage system as normal. The user may divert water into the appropriate pipe by removing the plug over the appropriate waste pipe. When the device is used with a shower, the user may only require the use of one plug to block the outlet not required. The outlet and plug for the water conservation system may be coloured differently to the sewage system.
