DESCRIPTION

1. Referring to the drawings, there is provided a User Ready Laptop Videophone apparatus, embodying Videophone enhancements to applicant/inventor's granted Patent GB2338863 "Dedicated Automatic Internet Telephone", for better videophone calling quality and more call connectivity options, comprising briefcase size, laptop computer means, 1, embodying internet videophone call hardware, software & peripheral means, with (optional embedded) peripheral videophone camer 2e, microphone, 3e, and (optional embedded) illumination peripheral means, 4e, and at least one internet videophone call connectivity system means, at least one internet broadband access means, with all hardware & software provided with user ready preinstalled & set up means, ready for internet videophone calls.

2. The laptop computer means, 1, includes fold open slim monitor screen, 5, including LCD, TFT or Plasma screen and optionally includes wide-screen design with preferred diagonally across screen sizes of approximately 12" to 21".

CLAIMS: 1. A User Ready Laptop Videophone apparatus, embodying

Videophone enhancements to applicant/inventor's granted Patent GB233 8863 "Dedicated Automatic Internet Telephone", for better videophone calling quality and more call connectivity options, comprising briefcase size laptop computer means, embodying internet videophone call hardware, software & peripheral means, including video camera means, microphone means, and illumination peripheral means, at least one internet videophone call connectivity system means, optionally at least one broadband access means, all said hardware & software provided with user ready pre-installed & pre-set-up means for internet videophone calls.

2. A User Ready Laptop Videophone as in claim 1, wherein said laptop computer means includes fold open slim monitor screen, said screen including LCD, TFT or Plasma screen, optionally including wide-screen design, with diagonally across screen sizes approximately 12" to 21".

A User Ready Laptop Videophone as in claim 2, wherein said internet videophone hardware, software & peripheral means, comprises videophone hardware and software embodying specifications equivalent to or higher than, MS Windows)U -operating system, Microprocessor, AMD TurionTM, 64 Mobile Processor ML-32 with PowerNow! A User Ready Laptop Videophone as in claim 3, wherein said at least one internet videophone call connectivity system means, embodies and includes pre-installed, pre-logged-in, pre-set-up videophone call connectivity system software and peripherals prearranged with several available internet videophone call connectivity systems options said options include SightspeedTM, PolycomTM, SkypeTM, & MSN, said videophone call connectivity system options include options linking videophone calls via an e-mail address and alternatively via a static 1.P. address; said option selection means to include a preferred default option system selection, including frills & data compression algorithms offered with call connectivity system.

A User Ready Laptop Videophone as in claim 4, wherein said at least one broadband access means includes internet broadband access via optional wireless and/or direct plug-in to a broadband modem (and/or broadband router) connected to a PSTN line socket provided with pre-arranged, pre-installed broadband access means, and/or optionally pre-arranged, pre-installed wireless mobile access means via (embedded and/or slot-in) 3G broadband data card access means, including HSUPA & HSDPA PCM CIA Data Cards, PCI Expressm Data Cards, pre-installed, pre-loaded, pre-logged-in, complete with S1M Card, activated ready for use, and/or optionally user ready satellite broadband access, all said broadband means, provided with suflicient upload & download speeds for good videophone calls.
