Abstract

A train construction toy comprises a number of pieces that can be attached together to make a set or group. Multiple sets or groups are joined to form a train-like structure. Each group has a base element 2, a small-circle side 8 and a large-circle side 9. This gives each group an arcuate form and a curved train-like structure can be formed, with different shapes being possible depending on the arrangement of the groups. Simple 3 and double 4 projections and sockets are used to connect the base elements 2 to each other. Tongue 7, 10 and groove 5, 6 connectors are used to join the side-walls 8, 9 to the base 2. Projection 11 and entrant 12 elements are used to join the sides 8, 9 at the roof part of sides 8, 9. End sections 15 may be used to give front and rear ends to the train. The children may climb upon or crawl into the train which forms a tunnel-like structure.

Object of the invention The invention talks about an element of construction for infantile activities with train form that contributes to the usual function a series of advantages and characteristics, aside from other inherent to his organization and constitution, which will be described more in detail advanced, and which suppose an innovative and improved

alternative in this field.

In detail, the object of the invention consists of a construction element, that allows the assembly and disassembly of the different pieces by means of making pressure, allowing the boy to create a train with different forms and lengths depending on the number of pieces and the way in which they are connected. Also and due to his great size, the boy can go inside the interior of the train and climb onto the ceiling of the train.

Antecedents of the invention At the present time, and like reference to the technique, it must be mentioned, that are known multiple types elements and infantile toys of construction, to which different types from constructions can be formed, and which also display very diverse types of anchorage and subjection systems of the pieces to each other. It is possible to indicate, nevertheless, that the petitioner does not know the existence of an element of construction for infantile activities with train form that presents technical and structural characteristics simmilar to which praises the one that here is advocated. *

There are few different pieces included in the construction element for making the train but extremely versatile, for simplifying the assembly proccess, so that the repetition and combination of the same ones in different positions, different number and different colors make possible infinite combinations to form infinites different trains.

Thus, the invention includes bases pieces on form of circular sector to which a lateral curve piece with a window is perpendicularly connected in its smaller arc and a lateral piece curve with two windows is connected in its greater arc, closing these pieces on the superior part to form the ceiling of the train by being joined in its central part where they are connected one to other to form a compact set.

This set can be connected to identical groups in his front and back part, forming therefore the wagons of the train, which will be adopting curved winding towards a side or another one based on the direction in which the mentioned basic groups are connected to each other.

There are nearly circular pieces with inferior and superior eaves apt to be connected to the front and back part of the previously described basic group in both ends of the train. These pieces, formed by a unique piece, will form the head and the tail giving greater robustness to the train.

The new element of construction for infantile activities with train form represents an innovative structure with structural and constituent characteristics until now unknow for such aim, and together with their practical utility equip are foundation sufficient to obtain the exclusive feature privilege that is asked for.

Description of the drawings

In order to complement the description and with object to help one better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, one accompanies the present descriptive memory a set of planes like integral part, in which with ilustrative character is represented the following: Figures number 1 to 4. -We can see several views in perspective of the different pieces that form the element of construction for infantile activities with train form. We can see the different elements incorporated to make the connection of pieces a possible.

2 -Element of construction for infantile activities with train form, according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that these pieces are: piece base (2) of circular shape plant to which curved lateral piece (8) with a window is perpendicularly connected to the smaller arc of the base (2)and lateral curve piece (9)with two windows is perpendicularly connected to the greater arc of the base(2) both laterals joining in the superior part to form the ceiling.
