Abstract

A paint kettle for containing a liquid which is to be applied to a surface by means of a brush has a valve which allows the liquid to be drained from the kettle for the purpose of cleaning. A carrying handle, airtight lid and stabilising legs may also be provided. A working handgrip is positioned under the base of the kettle for comfort and ease of manipulation during use.

<p>Description of</p>
<p>A vessel that will hold a liquid that would be applied to a surface by means of another tool. The vessel would have or be fitted with a valve that would allow the liquid to be drained away.</p>
<p>The vessel should also be able to stand upright to allow any liquid to be poured into it without the vessel tipping over. There should also be an airtight lid, for storage, and a cariying handle fitted for easy transporting. These features are optional.</p>
<p>The vessel will also have an additional handle that will allow the "EASY" paint kettle to be supported and manipulated while in use and to allow easy access to the liquid during use and while being drained.</p>
<p>It would be constructed from any suitable material that would serve the functions stated above and in a manner that suits the material used. it would also allow for an easy clean option for both oil and water based materials.</p>

<p>The Easy Paint Kettle is Used to apply a liquid covering to a Surface by inean of a tool, designed for a preprescrjbed liquid.</p>
<p>Holding the prescribed material in a maner that will reduce strain and Spillage and provide easy access to its contents When the liquid is applied.</p>
<p>It is design to allow for easy transporting in additj00 it will allow the Contents to he easily draed away with the minjnlum of effo and mess.</p>
<p>The Easy Paint Kettle wül also be easy to clean when work is completed The Easy Paint Kettle is a tool that is easy to use and clean. 3.</p>

Claims (1)

  1. <p>Claims: 1) "Easy 1" is a lightweight paint kettle with an airtight lid
    that incorporates a drain tap and a removable carrying and support handle with an additional working handgrip and support legs for stability.</p>
    <p>2) The "Easy I" Paint Kettle as in claim 1) is fitted with a removable drain tap to allow the paint kettle to be emptied for cleaning without it's contents being spilled onto other surfaces or wasted.</p>
    <p>3) The "Easy 1" Paint Kettle drain tap as in claim 2) enables an unspecified amount of material to be drained off for use elsewhere without mess or waste.</p>
    <p>4) The "Easy 1" Paint Kettle carrying handle as in claim 1) which is supported by external clips on opposite walls of the paint kettle will allow for the lifting and carrying of the paint kettle and supporting the paint kettle by any convenient means.</p>
    <p>5) The "Easy 1" Paint Kettle carrying handle as in claim 4) is removable which allows the user the choice of using the paint kettle with or without the handle.</p>
    <p>6) The "Easy 1" Paint Kettle working hand grip as in claim 1) is an integral part of the paint kettle and positioned as close to the centre of gravity as possible to reduce strain on muscle and ligaments while using the paint kettle.</p>
    <p>7) The "Easy 1" Paint Kettle working handgrip as in claim 6) is positioned below : . the body of the paint kettle to protect the hand from any spillage of material. * Ss *S..</p>
    <p>8) The "Easy 1" Paint Kettle air tight lid as in claim I) is to provide a means of sealing the material in the paint kettle for short or long term storage and allow *::: . convenient access to the material when required.</p>
    <p>* 9) The "Easy 1" Paint Kettle support legs as in claim 1) is to provide a stable base to prevent the paint kettle falling over when in use or in storage. :</p>
    <p>$ .5 10) The "Easy 1" Paint Kettle as in claim 1) is to be constructed in various 1* materials and sizes to be suitable for a variety of applications.</p>
