Abstract

This invention relates to a series of anti spike plastic, rubber etc devices that is attached either by hand to a bottle, glass or fits, placed inside, incorporated inside of a bottle crest, closure, cover. The anti spike device comprises rubber, plastic part 1 having a hollow type straw 2 that either protrudes or has a concertina design that fits inside the body of the anti spike devices 1 that both form part of the anti spike plastic, rubber, rubber part 1 that either slots onto the outer rim of the bottle, glass 3 or that inserted inside the bottle, glass 3. This is achieved by the plastic part 1 either having a series of internal slots, or that its outer body has a series of grooves, etc that stop the plastic device 1 from collapsing inside the bottle, glass etc 3.

Description

Family of anti spike devices for bottles, glasses etc This invention
relates to a series of anti spike plastic, rubber etc devices that is attached either by hand to a bottle, glass or fits, placed inside, incorporated inside of a bottle crest, closure, cover, etc by a suitable machine etc that when the crest, closure, cover etc is inserted onto the bottle, etc by hand, suitable machine etc the anti spike device is then either pressed firmly to the outer edge or inside the neck of the bottle, glass etc by suitable machine, tool, hand etc. The crown, closure etc is then removed by machine, tool, hand etc. The outer edges of the anti spike devices could be designed so that it has a series of hollow slits, sections etc that slot onto the outer edge of the glass, bottle or that it contains grooves etc that will stop the anti spike device from collapsing inside the bottle, glass etc. The middle outer area of the anti spike devices has a straw type design C either protruding, or fits into the body of the anti spike devIces. The straw has a concertina design).

The anti spike devices design has a hollow section which allows fluid to be released through its hollow housing to the hollow type straw design. The hollow middle section of the anti spike device could be designed so that it allows fluid to flow to the straw in a variety of different ways thus to either reduce, increase flew to the hollow type straw design.

In the market place there are a variety of devices that try to help to stop drinks being spiked in night clubs, trendy bars etc. One type is a plastic, rubber device which Is attached to the bottle by hand. The device has an array, number of hollow holes that stop drugs being placed Inside the bottle. The person then obtains drink through the hollow holes. Untortunately this type of device wil I not allow the person to obtain a constant supply of drink e.g. it will trickle out thus could cause annoyance and also cause spillage onto the persons face or items of clothes, etc. There Is another type that is a stick that will detect certain types of drugs present in drinks. The stick is entered into the drink of the bottle and is then stirred. If there is certain types of drugs present in the drink enclosed inside the glass, bottle the drink will change a different colour. Unfortunately this type of stick does net detect all types of drugs.

Mother type is a plastic, rubber device that is attached by hand, from which a straw is attached. Unfortunately an unwanted person could easily remove the straw thus spiking the person's drink by inserting drugs through the hollow section.

It is the aim of the anti spike devices to allow the person to deter peopte from spiking their drinks at the same time allowing them to also easily obtain a constant supply of drink.

Brief description of the illustrations

A specific embodiment of the invention will now be described by way of example with reference to the accompanying diagrams comprising the following Figure 1 Front perspective view of an anti spike device attached to a bottle, glass.

Figure 2 Front perspective view of an anti spike device that is incorporated inside a crown, closure, etc Figure 3 Front perspective view of anti spike devices that is enclosed inside a crown, cover, etc. Figure 4 Front perspective view of anti spike devices that is enclosed within a crown etc are attached to tho outer edge of a bottle, glass etc. Referring to figure 1 the anti spike device comprises of a hollow pLastic rubber, plastLc part 1 that is made from a suitable machine etc that the hoLlow plastic rubber, plastic part 1 has a hollow type straw type design 2 that either protrudes or has a concertina design that fits inside the body of the plastic part 1 that both form part of the plastic, rubber part I that either slots onto the outer rim of the bottle, glass 3 or that is inserted inside the bottle, glass 3. ThIs is achieved by the plastic part 1 either having a series of internal slots, sections 4 or that its outer body has a series of grooves, etc S that stop the plastic device 1 from collapsing inside the bottle, glass etc 3.

Referring to figure 2 the hollow plastic rubber, plastic part 1 is attached, inserted inside a crown, closure 2 by a suitable machine, by hand etc. When the crown, closure etc 2 is removed the anti spike device 1 is then inserted inside a bottle, qiass 3 etc. The hollow plastic rubber, plastic part 1 either has external grooves, suckers, sticky materiaL, etc 4.

Referring to figure 3 the hollow piastic rubber, plastic part 1 Is attached, inserted inside a crown, closure etc 2 by a suitable machine, by hand etc. The crown, closure etc 2 is then fitted onto a glass, bottle 3 by machine, tool, etc. When the crown, closure etc 2 is removed by suitable tool, machine etc the plastic part 1 is then inserted onto the outer rim of the bottle, glass etc 3. The plastic part has a series of slits, sections that has internal suckers, sticky material etc 4.

Referring to figure 4 the hollow plastic rubber, plastic part 1 is either inserted by hand, machine inside a bottle, glass etc 2 or the hollow plastic rubber, plastic part 1 is attached, fitted by hand, machine to the outer rim of a bottle, glass etc 2.
