Description

BRASSiERE CUP

BACKGROUND OF ThE INVENTION

a) Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a brassiere cup, and more particularly to a brassiere cup that can support a breast, prevent the breast and a nipple from being inadequately compressed by the cup, and provide an enough extensible space for the breast when it is swelling due to a nursing.

b) Description of the Prior Art

Choosing a piece of suitable brassiere has a very important influence on a female's health and figure. If the female is wearing an oversized and unfitted brassiere for a long time, her breasts will be gliding at will, causing the breasts to be exposed, sagged, and diffused transversally.

But if the brassiere is too small, the breasts will be compressed, causing the breasts to be deformed and suffocated.

Therefore, other than that the brassiere which is suitable for weanng by the female can protect the breasts, fix the breasts, and lift up the breasts, the most important is that it can prevent the breasts from being compressed by the cups. In wearing a conventional brassiere, when shoulder straps lift up the cups of lingerie, the breasts which are enclosed by the cups will be lifted up and concentrated to achieve an effect of wearing. However, for the conventional cup, the cup and an upper rim of the cup are easy to compress and squeeze the breast after lifting up the breast. Furthermore, when a female is on her menstrual cycle, her breasts will be swelling; therefore, it will cause a greater compression to the breasts if she is wearing the same lingerie, thereby creating a more negative effect to the human body. Accordingly, how to enable the cups which enclose the breasts not to compress the breasts white lifting up the breasts is always a problem existed in the conventional cups.

Referring to FIG. 12, a conventional brassier includes primarily three portions: cups 21, shoulder straps 22, and back straps 23. The shoulder straps 22 are connected at shoulder-strap-connection portions 211 located above the cups 21. Therefore, in wearing the brassiere, the is back straps 23 fix the brassiere at a proper position of human body, and the shoulder straps 22 pull up the cups 21.

Referring to FIG. 13, however, as upper rims 212 which span from the shoulder-strap-connection portions 211 to the cups 21 manifest integral and continuous lines, when the shoulder straps 22 are putted up, dragging forces that the cups 21 are subjected to will be widely distributed on the entire cups 21, under the dragging of shoulder-strap-connection portions 211. The cups 21 which enclose the entire breasts are supposed to enable the breasts to be concentrated upward originally. However, at this time, an outward and rearward pulling line is formed at edges of the upper rims 212 of cups 21 due to the dragging forces of shoulder-strap-connection portions 211, which cause upper portions of the breasts to be compressed reversely from unnecessary forces, thereby impeding a function of lifting up the breasts.

Therefore, under a function of double compression, the breasts cannot be concentrated, and the breasts will be squeezed out upward at exterior sides (as shown in FIG. 14), thereby resulting in that the breasts are deformed, have an unequal size, and the nipples are concaved in.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In order to improve the aforementioned problems, the primary object of present invention is to provide a cup which is three-dimensionally tailored and is formed with a half-cup style, wherein its two sides are provided with back straps and shoulder-strap-connection portions connected between the cups and shoulder straps, a upper rim of which is projected with an arc-shape and three-dimensional covering portion which can just cover a nipple portion, and a buffering portion in a concaved arc-shape is located between the covering portion and the shoulder-strap-connection portion so as to form an inverted S-shape curve between the covering portion and the buffering portion.

The present invention is a brassiere cup which is tailored in S three-dimension and is made by a plastic and elastic material. A location which is close to an exterior of the cup and connected to the shoulder strap is provided with the shoulder-strap-connection portion, and the upper rim of cup is formed with the upward projected covering portion for completely covering a human nipple, and is formed with the concaved-shape buffering portion which provides a reduction of pulling force in wearing the brassiere to generate a feeling of compression to a human breast.

From a lower-limit point which is concaved by the aforementioned buffering portion to an upper-limit point at the other interior side of the cup corresponding to the shoulder-strap-connection portion is a straight line, such that an upper part of the straight line is apparently where the buffering portion is located.

A part between the covering portion installed at the upper rim of aforementioned cup and the buffering portion can be designed into an inverted S-shape connection.

The upper rim of aforementioned cup, including a part between the covering portion and the buffering portion, can be extended with a lace.

The buffering portion of aforementioned cup can be designed into a single piece.

The buffering portion of aforementioned cup can be designed into multiple pieces.

The cup of present invention is provided with the obvious advantages and helpful effects in comparing with the prior art, as follows.

The inverted S-shape design formed by the covering portion and buffering portion between the upper rim and the shoulder-strap-connection portion of the cup of present invention enables the entire cup to be complied with the ergonomics, allows the part of cup below the covering portion to keep the function of supporting the breast when the shoulder-strap-connection portion is pulled by the shoulder strap, and enables the pulling force of shoulder strap to not to exert the pulling force to the upper rim of cup with the buffering function which is naturally formed from the concaved arc place of the buffering portion, thereby resulting in that the covering portion is perfectly fit without being subjected to the pulling force. Therefore, there will be no feeling of compression at the human nipple, due to an inadequate external force,

S

such that the cup can concentrate the breast and set off an outstanding figure, as well as will not cause an unnecessary compression to the human breast, which will also provide an uplift space for the breast when it is swelling, correspondingly.

s In addition, the covering portion projected at the upper rim of cup of the present invention is in a shape of small cup, which in association with a plastic elastic force of the material itself, will not enable that a wearer's nipple to be compressed in wearing. Furthermore, the nipple can be completely covered and enclosed more effectively, such that the covering portion can cover and enclose the nipple without exposing, no matter what kind of activities the human is doing, even bending down. On the other hand, as the covering portion is also like an independent object, it can be turned over toward an exterior side to facilitate the wearer to proceed with nursing.

is Moreover, as the cup of present invention is in a half-cup shape, the lower half of the cup still keeps the function of supporting the breast, and the upper half of cup is in a hollow shape to provide an uplift space for the breast when it is swelling.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring to FIG. I and FIG. 2, a brassiere I of the present invention comprises primarily a pair of cups 12, back straps 16 which are connected at exteriors of the two cups 12, and shoulder straps 15 which are located between the cups 12 and back straps 16 respectively. An inner layer of the cup 12 is made by a silicon gel material which is provided with an elasticity and a memory function, a shoulder-strap-connection portion 122 is formed at a position of the cup 12 being connected to the shoulder strap 15, and an arc-shape covering portion 121 which is projected upward and is tailored in three-dimension is formed at a position of the cup 12 corresponding to a human nipple.

The covering portion 121 can exactly cover the human nipple completely, and an arc-shape buffering portion 123 which is concaved downward is formed on the cup 12 close to a location between the covering portion 121 and the shoulder-strap-connection portion 122. A straight line is formed (as shown in FIG. 2) between a lower-limit point of concavity of the covering portion 123 and an upper-limit point of interconnection (the other interior side of cup 12 corresponding to the shoulder-strap-connection portion 122) between the two cups 12, such that an upper part of the straight line is apparently where the covering portion 121 is located, and a big inverted S-shape curve is formed at edges of the covering portion 121 and the buffering portion 123, thereby resulting in a front view as shown in FIG. 3 after the brassiere of present invention is put on.

Referring to FlG 4 and FIG. 5, when the brassiere I is put on the breasts of a wearer and the shoulder straps 15 are pulled up so that the cups 12 are about to lift up the breasts, the pulling forces to the io shoulder-strap-connection portions 122 resulted from the shoulder straps will be extended to the cups 12. At this time, the buffering portion 123 will also be stretched; however, as a reversely bending curve is located between the buffering portion 123 and the covering portion 121, a buffering function will be formed. In other words, although a lower half of the cup 12 is subjected to an action of pulling force, due to a buffering effect of the buffering portion 123, the pulling force at a place which is gradually closer to the covering portion 121 is gradually reduced until zero, thereby enabling the covering portion 123 to be completely free from any effect of the pulling force. In addition, the covering portion 121 is independent with and not interfering with the shoulder-strap-connection portion 122; therefore, when the wearer uses the shoulder straps 15 to drive the shoulder-strap-connection portions 122, only the lower rims of cups 12 and the exterior shoulder-strap-connection portions 122 will be affected, rather than the covering portions 121, such that there will be no pulling forces at the covering portions 121, thereby not creating the compression of inadequate external forces to the nipples, of course.

In addition, as the buffering portion 123 atthe upper half of cup 12 is in a hollow design, an uplifting space is provided when the breast is swelling if a female is in an adolescence, on a menstrual cycle, pregnant, or in a lactation period; the nipple portion will still be covered by the covering portion 121 without being exposed, the breasts and nipples will not be compressed but that the breasts can be more naturally concentrated to set off an outstanding figure. If the female is about to nurse, she only needs to turn over the covering portions 121 outward and downward (as shown in FIG. 6), and then the nipples will be exposed for nursing. On the contrary, after accomplishing the nursing, she only needs to turn over the covering portions 121 upward, and then the covering portions 121 will be restored to cover the nipples. Therefore, the operation is very simple and easy.

On the other hand, by the inverted S-shape design at the upper rim of cup 12, the cup 12 is provided with an effect of adjusting and beautifying the breast shape. In addition, no matter in wearing a cotton T-shirt, a regular clothes such as a shirt, or a dinner party clothes such as a low S dress, a big V-collar clothes, or a square-neck clothes, the present invention can all be fitted.

Moreover, refemng to FIG. 7, the buffenng portion 123 between the shoulder-strap-connection portion 122 and the covering portion 121 of cup 12 can be also designed into a V-shape, or as shown in FIGS. 8 to 10, can be designed into a single piece, multiple pieces, or a wave shape between one buffering portion 123 to the other buffering portion 123, such that each buffering portion 123 can be provided with the function of buffering the pulling force, and an effect of a pleasing to eyes. In addition, as shown in FIG. 10, a side of the covering portion 121 at the upper rim of cup 12 can be further added with a wave-shape design, to enhance a beauty to the upper rim of cup 12.

Additionally, referring to FiG. 11, the upper rim of cup 12, including a part between the covering portion 121 and the buffering portion 123, can be extended with a lace, to enhance a structural intensity on the upper rim of cup 12 and between the covering portion 121 and the buffering 1) portion 123, and to beautify an entire design of shape of the cup 12.

It is of course to be understood that the embodiments described herein is merely illustrative of the principles of the invention and that a wide variety of modifications thereto may be effected by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.
