Abstract
The exercise suit that has resistance cords 2, 3, 5 throughout the suit, the cords are positioned to pass over the majority of the user's muscles to improve the muscles performance, endurance and tone. The cords resistance may be adjusted a pulling wheel located a hypertension belt 4 in the middle of the suit about which all the cords are attached and may be tightened or loosened by rotating the wheel clockwise and anticlockwise. Preferably the ends of the leg of the suit have a rubber attachment that may fit around the wearer's shoe.
Description
I
DESCRIFFION
EXERCISE SUIT
This suit when worn will provide exeercise while doing normal tasks or sports activities. The resistance caused by tightening the belt, will provide the tension required to improve performance, endurance and tone the muscles, getting exercise using the suit will be easy as it is a matter ofjust wearing it while doing everyday activities i.e. housework, gardening, walking the dog, which is convenient, practical and easy to pack.
This suit will help improve perormance in all sports, athletics, boxing, golf etc. OPERATION OF EXERCISE SUIT (Front view of suit) Figure 1 1. Shoulder panels Strong stitch panels of cloth to hold the suit in place when tension chords are in fill hypertension stage which are put on right and left side of shoulders.
2. Supertension chest chords Tension chords thghtened and loosened by use of hypertension belt placed along upper and lower chest muscle and worked by expanding chest, lifting and pushing back of deltoideous muscles which are the upper parts of the arms.
3. Lateral and vertical Abbs Chords Tension chords placed laterally along the muscle of the abbs and verticlally along the middle stomach which can be tightened or loosened by use of hypertension belt whic pulls tension chords in and clips them down forming tension in the chrods by the use of onesown body movement which will provide stress on the muscle to form thght good looking abdominal muscles known as the six pack.
4. Hypertension Belt The belt works by use of a pulling wheel which is in the middle of the belt and the chords gather around the middle wheel and clip down to form tension when the wheel is moved clockwise and loosens when moved anticlockwise.
5. Super Thigh Tension Chords Super thigh tension is caused by cross tension. Two tension chords are crossed along the front thigh muscle, when the front muscle moves in any bending motion, tension in the chords are made, making the muscles work haarder.
6. Ancle Straps Straps that go around the andes fitted with a rubber sole, tension straps attached to the rubber that fits around the shoe causes tension to travel up throughout the body by movement of the wearer.
(Back view of suit) Figure 2 1. Trapiser Pannels Two pannels of cloth covering right and left upper back shoulders to hold the form of the suit when hypertension is taking place.
2. Delt Tricep Chords Two tension chords run along the deltiod muscle and the back of the arm along the triceps and work when the arm is moived in a bending motion 4. Hypertensoion Belt A belt that gathers the tension chords up using a wheel in its centre to cause tension throughout the body when tightened, it also has a clip to hold chords in place. 3)
