Date indicators.-A daily changed date indicator comprises a casing in the form of an electrical switch gear with drums actuated by a single external handle and bearing day of the week and month indications. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, applied to a casing resembling a metal-clad switch gear of the draw-out type, the portion A of the casing is provided with apertures C, C<1>, C<2> for displaying the day of the week and date of the month marked on the drums K, U, V, respectively. The drum K is mounted on a spindle H having a ratchet wheel G actuated by a pawl F<1> carried by an external handle F. A pin K<1> on the drum engages the teeth of a wheel M transmitting movement through the pinions P, R, S to the units date drum U. Carryover to the tens date drum V is effected by a pin U<1> and teeth Y<1>. To permit of independent adjustment of the date drums the wheel M is carried on a rotatable sleeve L which can slide on the shaft H to disengage the wheel M from the pin K<1> whereupon it can be rotated by the mulled knob L<1>. The month names may be marked on a roller actuated by a separate handle or as shown interchangeable strips E may be supported in lugs D on the casing.
