Abstract
A beverage container has a drinking straw provided within the interior of the container. The straw may be slidably secured in position within the container by means of guides spaced along the internal wall of the container. Alternatively, the straw may be accommodated within a tube fixed to the interior of the container and from which it is telescopically extendible. A knob may be provided at the lower end of the straw to prevent the complete withdrawal of the straw from the container. The straw may be used in bottles, cans and cartons.
Description
Straw free Bottles, Cartons and Cans This invention relates to bottle and
cartons containing any sort of liquids for people consumption.
Bottles, cans and cartons in all shapes and sorts, made from all kinds of materials have been on the market for a long time.
Straw free Bottles, Cartons and cans in each case compromise of a single or more straws installed securely inside these items ( or run through a canal as part of these items) which enable the straws to be pulled further up to be used by consumer without being easily released out of the Bottle, Carton or can which they are installed in.
They come in a from of free top for bottles (which in this case the straws can be used after the bottle is opened.) Or pre-sealed in sealed top bottles. In this case or for the cartons the straw would cover by the sliding (drawer)or flipping tops and in the case of cans as we see when pulling the can open the straw will pop out and can not be pushed out and pushed back for the further use like Bottles and cartons unless the seal changes as designed.
This will make an ever cleaner and easier drinking- It would be environmental friendly and would crate less waste.
The embodiment of the invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawing as follows: Figure A on page one shows a straw (longer than the length of the bottle, carton or can) with the stopper knob at the end.
Figure B shows an open bottle with straws installed in one side inside the bottle. The straw is kept by three or more bridges over them to enable them the movement required. (B 1) Figure B2 shows the straws being pulled out for use at full length and the stopper nub prevent them from coming out.
Figure B3 at page two shows the position of the straws on top of the bottle before being pulled out on bottle with sealed top.
This Figure shows the position of the straws on a sealed bottle (these bottles can be opened too but by keeping the top sealed the spillage or contamination would be prevented).
Figure B4 page two shows how the straws are out while the bottle is yet secure Figure B5 page two shows the position of the straw under the top.
Figures B6 page two is a diagram of the bottle top.
Figures B7 page two shows the straw when it is free.
Five Figure number B8 page two shows a top while closed when open to revel the straw and when the straw is out ready to pull out.
Figure C page three shows a bottle with canal and straw installed inside that canal.
Figure Cl page three is a diagram of the Bootle with canal.
Figure C2 page three shows the position of the straw inside canal.
Three drawing of Figure C3 page three shows the position of top of the bottle and straw inside canal and when maximum pushed out.
Figure C4 page three shows a diagram of the bottle with canal and straw inside the canal.
Figure D page four shows a carton with straw inside.
Figure Dl page four shows the carton with straw out.
Figures D2/ D3/ D4 page four shows a drawer sealed with the straw and double straw.
Figure D5 page four shows the drawers cop.
Figure E on page five shows a can with straw inside.
figure El page five shows the straw released while the can opens.
Figure E2 page five shows a top of cans with two top to confine the straw head and the hole on the lower part to house the straw.
Figures F to F3 shows a carton lid with drawer type sealed when closed and when open.
Figures G and GI shows a can of drinks with the inside straw and how the straw will released when the can is opened.
Claims (1)
1- A Straw-free bottle, carton and can, comprising one or more straws attached inside the bottle/carton and can by holding loosely with small periodic bridges over the straw allowing the free movements to the straw. Or being installed inside a canal built in the bottle, carton or can to allow the same movement.
2- The straw when holding in place by periodic bridges would have a length longer than the bottle, carton or can to make the best use possible. A knob at the end of the straw prevent it from coming out of the bottle easily.
3- The straw when moving in the canal inside the bottle, carton or can will have a certain length on refer to the size of those items and the thicker outside body at the end of the straw prevent it from coming out of bottle, carton and can easily.
4- Before use the top of the straw would be covered by leads form those items and after the leads removed or temporary opened (in sealed units) the straw could be pushed back and lead replaced (or re-sealed) for further use of the contents.
5- The straw on cans is resting on secondary top after coming out from the hole in that secondary top. When the can pulled open the straw would materialise and would be used. for further use like in claim 5 we can use drawer tops or flipper as shown in the design.
6- This invention will be hygienic, healthy, environmentally friendly and make drinks more fun, edgy, marketable and easier to use.
