Abstract
A board game comprising in combination, a board bearing a card placement section, card predictive placement section and a central track. A runner piece each is used to move on the central track with the object of reaching the centre goal before the opposing players. Points have to be accumulated to move the piece around the central track. One special deck of playing cards is used and dealt randomly singularly to each player to allow players to place their prediction piece each, on the predictive section with accordance to the rules, and accumulate points to progress towards the centre goal. The game uses a deck of playing cards with information, the cards are numbered one to fourteen in ranks. Fourteen ranks, four cards of each rank giving a total number of fifty six cards, with words, pictures or both with mirrored design.
Description
DESCRIPTION
This invention relates to a game board. When people play a board game, they are limited in how many different games they can play. This board game design will allow people to play different types of card games, where the player can try to predict the outcome of a game, earning I point for every correct decision. The board game has a predictive system which can be used to play different card games.
Select a dealer at random to deal the cards clockwise or anticlockwise, depending on dealer preference.
Allocate 3 prediction pieces Fig. 6 and a runner piece Fig. 5 each.
Deal the first card to each player, placing the first card face-down in the card placement section Fig. 2 The second card is dealt face-down to each player and is placed in the card placement section Fig. 2 these cards must be left face-down. Each player is only allowed to look at their first two cards. No other players must see each individual's cards. Not even the dealer is allowed to see the first two cards he is dealing to the players. The third card is dealt face-up to each player and is placed in the card placement section Fig. 2.
The player next to the dealer has to place their prediction piece first, depending on which way the cards were dealt. The dealer always places his prediction piece Fig. 6 last. All players can place their prediction pieces simultaneously if agreed upon before the game is started.
Begin by assessing the cards of the other players and work out whom they think will have the winning hand. If the player thinks a certain player has the winning hand, a prediction piece Fig. 6, is placed on the colour of that player, on their predictive placement section Fig. 3. Each player has to place a prediction piece on their predictive placement area Fig. 3 according to who they think will have the winning hand for the first three cards in the order the cards were dealt.
The fourth card is to be dealt by the dealer face-up. All players assess the cards and a decision must be made as to where to place their prediction piece Fig. 6 on the predictive placement section Fig. 3.
The fifth card yet again is dealt face-up for all to see. Each player makes a decision again and places their prediction piece Fig. 6 on the predictive placement section Fig. 3.
Now turn your fst fTâ cards over and see who has the winning hand up to the first three cards. Whoever placed their prediction piece Fig. 6 on row 3 correctly on the predictive placement section Fig. 3 of the winning hand player's colour gets I point.
Look at the fourth card to see who has the winning hand up to four cards; if the prediction piece Fig.6 was placed correctly another point must be awarded. The same rule applies fdr the fifth card.
For every* êbrrect decision., 1 point is awarded. For every point earned, the runner piece is moved one place on the central track Fig. 4 A deck of playing cards with information.
Cards are numbered one to fourteen ranks.
Fourteen ranks, four cards of each rank giving a total number of fifty six cards with words, pictures or both with mirrored design.
