Abstract

A water air filter comprises an air inlet 1.1 which pulls air through the inlet and then through a funnel that is conical in shape aimed at water in the container. The air is then pulled through subsequent funnels 1.2, by a fan 1.3, that are attached to panels separating the device into several chambers. The filter works as the particles settle in the water without the funnel having to go into the water.

Description

Water air filter My invention relates to a device that filters the
particles in the air of an enclosed living space using water. The device is made up of two parts. A water container and a filtering unit' that fits on top of the water container.
The filtering unit' has an air inlet (as shown in diagram 1.1), which may have many holes or an attachable extension so as to draw air from a wider area. The air is pulled through the inlet and then goes through a funnel that is conical in shape and aimed at the water in the container. The air is then pulled through subsequent funnels (as shown in diagram 1.2) that are attached to panels that separate the device into several chambers.
The air is finally pulled out through the unit by an electronically powered fan (as shown in diagram 1.3).
The device achieves this by having the particles settling in the water, using the momentum of the air hitting the water, without having the funnel going into the water. aaims

Claims (2)

1. An air filter fbr living spaces that is made up ala filter unit that
fits on top of the water container and has a fan that pulls air through funnels that are aimed at the Water in the container.
2. An air filter as claimed in Claim 1 that has the ability to filter particles in the air without having air immersed into the water in the container.
