Abstract

An antiseptic cloth made from cotton or similar material enclosed within a conventional condom package allowing male users to wipe the penis before or after sexual intercourse thereby minimising the risk of infection.

Description

Description of Invention:
Name of Invention - Willy wipe The invention consists of a cloth (cotton or similar material) tissue impregnated with an approved dermatological antiseptic cream, to be inserted into an iiidividual pre packaged proprietory male condom for hygienic use in wiping the surface of the penis prior to engaging in sexual intercourse, or if preferred after engaging in sexual intercourse.
Each individual condom in a packet of condoms will contain the "wipe" inside the foil wrapping of each individual condom, and appropriate instructions will be contained on the outside of the packet.
The inventor does not intend to design or manufacture condoms, but to manufacture (andlor licence the manufacture of the tissues) and market the inventionltjssues to existing condom manufacturers on a world wide basis. 2.- Claim

Claims (1)

  1. This invention relates to a piece of antiseptic cloth material enclosed
    within a standard rubber contraceptive device and is intended for use by male persons before or after engaging in sexual intercourse to wipe the penis thus minimising the risk of infection to either party to the act of intercourse.
    It is envisaged that the invention can be used in all circumstances where sexual activity takes place, but that it will particularly appeal in circumstances where alternative hygienic safeguards may be lacking or non existent.
    The intention is not to obviate the necessity for more conventional hygiene precautions such as washing or cleaning the relevant areas, but to complement those precautions and in those circumstances where ready recourse to other methods of cleansing are not readily available.
    The material used will consist of a sterilized cotton or similar cloth medically tested and approved, and similar in nature to swabs and other soft materials used in hospitals and other medical institutions, and to avoid dermatological problems or irritation to soft and sensitive tissue and skin. The antiseptic lubricant impregnating the material will also contain a medically tested and approved cream or lotion also avoiding any irritation or similar problems. In the event of potential use by persons with abnormally sensitive skin or susceptibility to dermatological disorders, a suitable warning will be printed on the packaging of each individual wipe advising the user to seek medical advice before use if the user has sensitive skin.
    It is also envisaged that the willy wipe will also be sold alone as a pre packaged product without a contraceptive included in the package for persons who do not wish to avail themselves of contraception during sexual intercourse, but who still wish to benefit from the hygienic and health advantages and protection that the wipe will provide.
