Abstract

A beverage cover used to cover beverage glasses includes a number of attachments to secure the glass from being manipulated or tampered with and to give the individual a sense of saftey and hygine when being served, and also to protect their beverages from unseen dangers. The attachments may comprise suction pads 5 which may be connected to the cover by extensions which are adjustable in length. The cover may be a precise fit on the rim of the glass and may be made of transparent PVC. A suction pad on the centre of the cover may be used to attach the cover to the bottom of a glass to serve as a table mat 7.

Description

Beverage cover This invention relates to a device for covering beverages
when people are going out to socialize, especially women, they can now have a product to cover their drinks.
However into days climate there is a dangerous and sinister force at work where individuals beverages are plied spiked, and manipulated and knowing this they need a product to help them eliminate and lessen this behaviour, so they could have a good time without feeling fearful that their drinks are attacked (women) The cover can provide this as it acts as a security measure it is hygenic, simple to use and is a deferent when applied correctly.
The invention will now be described solely by way of example and with reference to the accompanying in which: Figure 1 shows 2 No. glasses with drinks in said Figure 2. shows the design of the cover with various attachments numbered 3 to 7 which follows No. 3 represents the actual main cover which is made out of a robust good quality transparent P.V.C.
No. 4 is the crevice which fits neatly and securley on the mouth of the glass No. 5 is the suction pad that adheres to the side of the glass which makes it difficult for any undisirieable to handle or tamper with the drink in the glass No. G is the extension that can be shortend or lenghtend if required to defnatley give the sense of protection.
and No. 7 represents the suction pad on the base of the cover to hold the vessel and act as a table mat or small tray. 2.

Claims (7)

  1. Claims 1. A beverage covering item for adhering and attaching to glass,
    which can be easily used and applied for safety and hygenic measures.
  2. 2. A beverage covering item according to claim 1 in which the crevice is designed to fit precisley on the mouth of the vessel
  3. 3. A beverage covering item according to claim I which has a number of attachments which provides useage and practicality for the cover these being the actual cover to protect the beverage in the vessel the crevice to fit on the mouth of the glass suction pads around the cover to attach to the vessel there are also extensions fixed to the suction pads to be lenghtend and shortend when required there is also a suction pad fitted to the centre of the cover to hold vessel and act as a table mat when not used as a cover.
  4. 4. A beverage covering item according to claim I which will be the measurement required of the cover crevice to fit the mouth of the vessel.
  5. 5. A beverage covering item according to claim I where suction pads are fixed to attached extensions for adhesion
  6. 6. A beverage covering item according to claim 1 which has extensions to lenghten and shorten.
  7. 7. A beverage covering item according to claim I in which the suction pad is fitted at the base of the vessel for firm attachment and to act as a table mat.
