Abstract

A flooring system for use in a building is provided, in which the system includes a substantially horizontal concrete plate and discrete structural elements extending upwardly therefrom, the structural elements being adapted to support floor panels thereabove so as to create space between the concrete plate and floor panels within which services maybe provided.
