Abstract

A cooking device that consists of heating elements 2 and support with a spring for ejection and also a Computer Processing Unit 8 connected to a system of extremely sensitive weight measurement devices 4 and colour identifying units 6. When activated by placing slices of bread or other food inside the cooking device, it automatically weights them and calculates how much weight it must lose before is properly cooked; the colour identifier unit supplements the process by monitoring the colour of the product while it changes colour. The whole system is connected to a pre-programmed CPU that decides when the food is cooked, ejected and unit is switched off. An automatic mechanism ejects the bread when the cooking process is complete. There is also an overriding manual mechanism.

DESCRIPTION
Self Governing Cooking Device.
The invention consists of a cooking device with special features that prevents the food from ever being burnt or under-cooked. Cooking devices, like toaster, are very well known and very common but the main disadvantage is that even the more complex will still burn the food despite timers, etc. The object of this invention is to provide a cooking device that under any circumstances and with any type of food will produce a finished product that is not burnt or under cooked. Accordingly this invention consists of a main frame of a standard cooking device including timer and automatic ejection plus a computerized system of scales, colour identifier unit and computer processing unit (CPU).
Figure 1 shows the overall layout of the CPU, Colour Identifier Unit Weight Scales and programming display.
As shown in fig 1 the Cooking Device consists of main frame, heating elements, weight scales, Computer Process Unit (CPU) and colour identifier unit. There is a Computer Processing Unit (CPU) that is connected to the heating elements, measuring scales and colour Processing unit. CPU processes the data from the various elements and decides to eject the food when considered ready by the CPU and switch the unit ON and OFF.
When the slices of food to be processed are introduced in the Cooking device, the CPU unit activates the measuring scales, the colour identifying unit and the heating element. (The parameters could be pre set also manually from the programming unit on display). The unit is eventually switched off and ejects the processed food, by the CPU having analysed the data from weight scales and colour identifier unit.

1. A Cooking device including a weight measurement unit, a colour identifier unit and a CPU processor that together act in such a way that prevents food from being burned or under cooked.
