Abstract
The infants nappy has a flexible waterproof membrane E that is attached to an infants nappy and when the nappy becomes soiled the membrane can be used to enclose the nappy via opening D. The membrane E may also include a container B for wipes and deodorant.

THE DESCRIPTION.
INFANTS NAPPY OR DIAPER DISPOSAL TRAVEL POD.
Background. Travelling with an infant who wears a nappy presents some problems when during a journey the soiled nappy has to be changed. The present situation IS that baby wipes and the means of disposal of the sollcd nappy require additional materials to be earned for that purpose The Infant might, during the course of a Journey' occupy the lap of a person who clothing has to remam fresh at the point of arrival or the infant might occupy a seat that has to remain dry for any subsequent passenger that might occupy that seat If the nappy Is disposed with during theJourney on a tram or aircraft then hngermg odour might offend other passengers Pnhlem. The infants nappy or diaper disposal travel pod Is intended to solve many of the problems associated with the changing and disposal of soiled napples during periods of travellmg.
Essential features. The Infants nappy or diaper disposal travel pod Is essentially an additional membrane attached to a nappy that gives an additional waterproof barrier whilst holding wiping bssucs for the purpose of cleaning the infant and a pod or bag which is attached to the nappy and which opens to provide a secure means of disposal.
Introduction to drawings. The drawing Illustrate the overall view of the invention but not the precise dimensions which can only be determined by the nappy or diaper to which the travel pod IS to be attached Drawing sheet Fig I Top View.
A Are the a&eslve strips by which the pod IS affixed to the nappy either by hand or securely bonded to the nappy durmg manufacture B Is the container for the disposable wipes and deodorant.
C Is the perforated seam which when torn separates the disposal pod from the wipes container and enables the function of the nappy or diaper disposal travel pod to be carried out D Is the opening which enables access to the soiled nappy container once the perforated seam C has been separated.
1:. Is the pod which is attached to the nappy and by its inversion over the nappy allows the dl.sposal of the nappy without unnecessary soiling to the hands and enables a more hygienic means of disposal lugs 3, 4, 5, 6 Show the method of use of the Nappy or diaper disposal travel pod
Claims (4)
1. The claim is that this invention of an infants nappy or diaper disposal travel pod provides the means of travelling on journeys' with an infant without the need to carry additional wiping or disposal materials.
2. In addition it provides a more hygienic method for the changing and disposal of soiled pappies with reduced risk of discomfort or the risk of soiling to seating or clothing of other passengers.
3. Its construction from moisture impervious flexible polymer plastic or polythene provides an additional light weight waterproof barrier considered to be essential where moss contamination is to be avoided on public access commercial transport.
4. The disposal pod and tissue container are sealed to the nappy at each end and once the tissue container is Enclosed within the travel pod it reduces the egress of noxious odours from the soiled nappy.
