Abstract

A top which is placed onto a bottle, which has a indicator positioned in the centre. This indicator will change colour to allow the public to identify whether the drink Is consumable or not. When the bottle/ carton is turned upside down the contents touch the inside of the indicator, which in turn will show the consumer on the outside of the top if the contents are drinkable or spoilt.

Description

MAGIK TOP
This invention relates to a MAGIK TOP.
There are various types of tops for drinks bottles that are available on the market at present. But the only function they have is keeping the actual contents in the bottle.
According to the present invention there is provided a bottle top which has a indicator placed in the centre of it, this will change colour according to whether the drink is consumable or not.
A specific embodiment ofthe invention will now be described by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawing in which: Figure I, shows top elevation ofthe MAG[K TOP with indicator showing, ( there will be a colour coded description above the indicator).
Figure 2, shows inside of the bottom of the MAGIK TOP with indicator.

Claims (3)

1. A bottle top comprising of a top with a indicator placed in the center of it.
2. Indicator will change colour accordingly to the drink being consumable or not.
3. Precise description above indicator for public to identify the colour change.
