Abstract
The spirit levelling device is such that a main body may be extended by the addition of extension portions f1 and f2. A spring in the ends of portions f1 and f2 connect with the ends of the mainbody. The main body and extensions may each include one or more bubble vials. A four feet level may be extended to six feet (approx. 1200 mm extended to 1800 mm).
Description
2407382 Level exstention Is a quick way of making a level longer. The
adaptor is the same shape as the level but smaller so it slide's in to the end's ofthe level. To lock in to place each end has a spring clip to hold in place. By pushing down knob as shown in tiger 1. And slid untill knob spring's back up and locks in to place. Then get other exstention and slide onto untill it locks in to place. If lock in on it's self becose a hole in each end of level same size as knob. As tiger 3. To make a four foot level to six foot and easy to store.
Claims (5)
- Claims 1. A way of making a level longer.
- 2. As in claim I the way to do this is to have a level with a hole in it at each end then slide the adapter into end of level till it locks in to place.
- 3. As in claim 2 the way it locks in is on a spring knob when located with hole on level it lock's in to place same with the exstenion piece.
- 4 As in claim 3 it's a quick of locking a level made of wood, alluminum, metal or plastic or a combination of these materials together tight so you can use it for which job you wish.
- 5. A level exstention as herein described and illustrated in the accompanying drawing.
