Abstract
A storage device for clothes hangers comprising a container supporting a plurality of unused hangers. The container comprises a slit for receiving the hook of each hanger, the hook then protrudes from the container with the main body of the hanger supported within the container. The container may be of different sizes, shapes and colours depending on the hanger to be stored. For example, the cross-section of the container may be triangular or rectangular. The device may be free-standing or suspended, and may be hung in a wardrobe for example. The device may be compacted when it is not in use.
Description
The Clothes Hanger Storage Tidy.
This invention relates to a storage product for clothes hangers of all types.
We all use clothes hangers therefore, the clothes hangers that are not in use take up valuable space in householders wardrobes and on business premises. It is a known fact that nearly all householders and businesses do not have enough storage space to hang all their clothes as well as unused clothes hangers. Taking this into account "The Clothes Hanger Storage Tidy" neatly stores all unused clothes hangers in a compact space saving way.
A specific embodiment of the invention will now be described by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings in which: Figure 1 & 2 illustrates two different types of The Clothes Hanger Storage Tidy from a frontal view with different types of clothes hangers. Please note that The Clothes Hanger Storage Tidy can come in several shapes and sizes according to different types of clothes hangers therefore, the drawings only reflect two examples.
Figure 3 & 4 illustrates two different types of The Clothes Hanger Storage Tidy hanging in a household wardrobe, which is sideways on to save even more storage space in the wardrobe. Please note that The Clothes Hanger Storage Tidy can be stored anywhere in the household and not only in a wardrobe.
Figure 5 illustrates The Clothes Hanger Storage Tidy used on business premises behind a retail outlet counter.
Figure 6 illustrates The Clothes Hanger Storage Tidy in a business premises warehouse, which shows how much space it can save.
Claims (8)
1. The Clothes Hanger Storage Tidy is a space saving way of storing unused clothes hangers of all types as shown in the drawings provided.
2. The Clothes Hanger Storage Tidy can be suspended or free standing.
3. The Clothes Hanger Storage Tidy can be used for domestic and commercial business use, as its main purpose is to store unused hangers using very little effort and storage space.
4. The Clothes Hanger Storage Tidy can come in different sizes, shapes and colours to reflect all types of clothes hangers.
5. The Clothes Hanger Storage Tidy is easy and safe to use by all members of the public from children to senior citizens and does not need to be assembled by the consumer.
6. The Clothes Hanger Storage Tidy can be made out of any manufactured or natural materials.
7. The Clothes Hanger Storage Tidy can be compacted down into approximately a tenth of its operational size when unused therefore, it requires very little storage space.
8. A Clothes Hanger Storage Tidy substantially as described herein with reference to Figures 1 - 6 of the accompanying drawings.
8. The Clothes Hanger Storage Tidy can easily be adapted to cater for domestic as well as commercial use.
9. The Clothes Hanger Storage Tidy will save storage space in both the domestic household and on commercial business premises.
10. The Clothes Hanger Storage Tidy will effectively and efficiently store clothes hangers therefore, it will eliminate the manual sorting and current inefficient storage of clothes hangers in the household and on commercial business premises.
Amendments to the claims have been filed as follows 1. A Clothes Hanger Storage Tidy comprises of a triangular or rectangular shaped body so that the majority of clothes hangers can be stored horizontally side by side, the body can be suspended by the use of an inbuilt hook or can be freestanding on the base of the body.
2. A Clothes Hanger Storage Tidy as claimed in Claim 1, wherein the body in Figure 1 and Figure 2 of the accompanying drawings can be if required amalgamated so that they can be adjoined either side by side or one on top of the other creating one unique product for storing all types of clothes hangers.
3. A Clothes Hanger Storage Tidy as claimed in Claim 1 & Claim 2, wherein the body can vary in size with regards to length, depth & width whilst still retaining the triangular or rectangular body shape.
4. A Clothes Hanger Storage Tidy as claimed in Claim 1 - Claim 3, wherein the body can be made out of any manufactured or natural materials.
5. A Clothes Hanger Storage Tidy as claimed in Claim 1 - Claim 4, wherein the body is a space saving way of storing unused clothes hangers of all types as shown in the drawings provided.
6. A Clothes Hanger Storage Tidy as claimed in Claim 1 - Claim 5, wherein the body can be used for domestic and commercial business use, as its main purpose is to store unused hangers using very little effort and storage space.
7. A Clothes Hanger Storage Tidy as claimed in Claim 1 to Claim 6, wherein the body will effectively and efficiently store clothes hangers therefore, it will eliminate the manual sorting and current inefficient storage of clothes hangers in the domestic household and on commercial business premises.
