Abstract

A holder for multiple electronic device remote controls comprises a rubber or plastic ring and a plurality of pockets adapted to receive various electronic device remote controls, the pockets being attached to the ring by lengths of fine chain or the like. The pockets may of different sizes to accommodate different types/makes of remote controls.

Description

With every house in the developed world not only having T.V. but also a
Video Recorder, and there's the increase of Cable or Satellite, and people using technology to create cinema surround sound with D.V.D.
Players and Audio equipment. Each appliance having it's own remote control, that's four or five individual separate pieces of equipment, which are not easily found in a hurry, especially with young kids running about the house.
The zany is a holder for remote controls and would be an inexpensive alterative to buying an all in one remote costing round about 30 to 45 therefore having a large market potential.
The Mayo is a household device, which would be cheap to produce, designed to keep all your remote controls together, so that the days of crawling about looking under chairs and sofas are over.
The Zero would be made from a bright coloured plastic similar to a baby's teething ring only bigger about 200mm in diameter, and Key ring chain about four pieces l50mm long and four differently coloured soft rubber pockets with an eye at the bottom of each pocket.
Most remotes pockets would measure: 48mm x l5mm x 30mm deep Other remotes are a different shape 7 Like the Sky Digital which is D shaped _ 1 30mmi 36, and 25mm deep The soft rubber pockets would have to be pliable and fitted like a golf club grip, maybe with the use of some washing up liquid to hold the remote, tightly enough but could be released for changing the batteries, also the edges would be more rounded and smoother then the drawn shown.

Claims (3)

  1. Claims 1. A holder for electronic remote controls, consisting of a rubber
    or plastic ring, key ring chain and rubber pockets.
  2. 2. A holder as claimed in claim 1 where to hold a number of remote controls which can be supported or not, and keeps all the controls together easily at hand.
  3. 3. A holder as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2 also the customer could order different shape of rubber pocket to suit the customers remote control.
    Amendments to the claims have been filed as follows Claims 1. A holder for multiple electronic device remote controls, comprising of a ring made from plastic and a plurality of pockets adapted to receive various device remote controls, the pockets being attached to the ring by lengths of key ring chain.
    2 A holder for multiple electronic device remote controls as specified in claim 1, the pockets being of various sizes so as to be compatible with a users remote controls.
