Abstract

A linear generator having accelerating elements comprises magnetic elements and windings aligned along an axis and relatively moved. The accelerating elements are provided at ends of said axis and apply a repulsive force to the moving magnetic elements, so that the motion of said magnetic elements can be accelerated.
