Abstract
A blanket 1, made from airtight material, which may be connected to an air supply by an inlet pipe 4. The air flow is conducted along channels 2 within the blanket and through outlet holes 3. This airflow will create a cooling effect for the user of the blanket.
Description
Cool Blanket This invention relates to a cool blanket.
Blankets are everyday items, its main function is to insulate & keep the occupant warm whilst asleep. Also there is an electric blanket which is used for the same purpose, but which has an electric heater element, which is used to heat the sleeping area in cooler climates.
According to the present invention there is provided a cool blanket, comprising of a flexible pipe, a blanket made from air-tight material incorporating channels in which air can flow to outlet holes.
A specific embodiment of the invention wild now be described by way of a example, with reference to the accompanying drawing in which: - Figure 1 shows the blanket with the air channels.
Referring to the drawing the blanket comprises of a blanket (I) air channels (2) outlet holes (3) in which the air flows. The blanket is connected to the air supply via the connecting inlet pipe (4). 2.
Claims (1)
- Claims I. A cool blanket, comprising of a flexible pipe, a blanket madefrom airtight material incorporating channels in which air can flow to outlet holes.7. A cool blanket as claimed In Claim 1, wherein channels are provided with holes along their length in which air can flow.
