Abstract

A device to facilitate urination by women in an upright position comprises of a bowl shaped upper portion and a spout at the base. The upper portion has a stiffened edge. The device may be disposable or flat-packed and may be made of moulded cardboard or a tissue type material which has been coated with a water resistant coating. There may also be a drip tissue at the rear of the bowl shaped upper portion. The device could also be used by women in wheelchairs or post-operatively and may also be used to hygienically collect urine samples.

Description

To be used as a clean way to use pulic toilets Fi to be placed to a lady's
urine area held with one hand to stand at the toilet and urine through. It can be disposed of in a sanatury bins.
As from experance lady's will squat over toilets leaving urine on toilet seat and unuseabe for the next person, also leaving bad smell.
My invention will allow lady's to use pulic toilets without touching the seat as seen in fig 1 they could be sold in packs of 10 net packed Fig 2 and kept in hand bag or sold in vending machines in lady's toilets.
I also think they would be very good for disabled users lady's can also used them in wheelchairs(save tranferring from wheelchair to toilet)they can be used in a 'Sat' Persition into a container and emptied into the toilet or put FUD spout in toilet. Hospitals also benefit from FUD's.
They could be made of carboad material for post opperaffons. Patients can move to edg of the bed and use FUD into a container which save using bed pans and draying drips into the toilets. They could also be used for urine samples, cleaner than trying to aim into small sample bottles your hands stay clean and dry. The drip tissue area at the back of the FUD also elmalates toilet roll see Fig 1 I have made a example at home a it works perfect, I was very pleased how easy it was to use.
I thought of this invention because of how hard it is when you are out and desperate to use a toilet and you are faced dirty pulic toilets and no toilet roll
