A system using digital communication technology to support lifestyle and fitness management which allows a user to access their training information remotely, adjust their schedule, book appointments request advice and similar. The system may also include video on demand broadcasting as a means of allowing the user to access fitness related information.

The interactive health and fitness product (IHFP) originates from the lack of international standards of health and fitness management for the individual and allows maintenance of health and fitness management anywhere in the world, 24 hours per day on a number of existing and emerging communication and interactive technologies. Increasing differences in individual lifestyles coupled with increasing numbers of communication media now make it possible for a product that offers complete fitness management to a pre agreed international standard, globally.
This innovative fusion of techniques and methods provides the vital infrastructure for a ground breaking, global media communication concept.
Essential features Interactive l''tness assessment functionality available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days per annum. ('Anytime access' facilitates 100% global coverage) via interactive video/audio digital technology such as satellite TV, Cable TV and broadband Internet connection.
Health andfitness Video on Demand programming selected automatically based on lifestyle and assessment findings and transmitted to end user on three platforms; Interactive broadband cable television connection; interactive broadband satellite television connection; broadband internet connection.

Dedicated talor-made software package synchronizing IHFP with end user third party personal management equipment such as, Microsoft Outlook, through any broadband digital connection.

- 2. Interactive communication of personal fitness management data and instruction by means of digital communication technologies.
- 3. Interactive management of individual fitness class schedule and interactive / 'Video on demand' broadcasting of programming via digital broadband media.
- 4 Interactive management of third park leisure and fitness booking and scheduling via existing and emerging digital communication devices.
- 5. Combination of Claims I to 4 above into single product package
- 6. International standardization of health and fitness management through digital media.
